Easy location. It was clean except the sink had toothpaste and beard hair...wasn't cleaned. Nice pool area.
Hated the kiosk check in. Hard to understand and the closed caption was way off. I wasn't put on the bottom level, as requested weeks prior. Coffee wasn't available consistent hours in the morning. No big complaints at all.
The front desk was remote, ie. you converse with a real person via screen. A bit strange but it worked well. I could change the room with an on-site manager which also helped with the WIFI as it had some security issues. Room was decently sized, plenty of parking. The motel offers decent value for money if you are not too picky.
There is not much to do in the area and the pool is more for show than for usage.

Didn’t feel safe and my room did not have a fridge or microwave as I paid for it . A man tried to attack us right outside . Cockroaches

How the hot water was hot for a change, and the room was clean even the floor.
I completely understand some issue but baby roaches were out and about not many..not an issue for me

We booked a room to spend a few hours by the pool as we had a layover in PHOENIX. We couldn't access the pool and the person who was doing a distant check in and fd duties could not help us. Nobody was the physically to assist and i couldn't get a hold of anyone on property
And the place is filthy
I like the convenience of it being close to where I reside . They seem to always have a room avail and it's right next to some decent places to eat
Well my TV kept loosing reception . I went hours without tv . Not to mention when it did comeback I had a very dark and blue screen I never had a room phone , and when I did report it nothing really happened . I guess as time went on i just felt with it
..I'm a.regular here booking at least 2 maybe 3 times out of the month and without any compensation it's hard for me to want to keep using booking if their not going to take care of me ...tomorrow is check out and of coarse.i.still need the unit but I haven't been getting that great of service let alone attention when I do require it ....

Hagare 2 cuartos y uno de ellos cuando abrimos seguia ocupado. Lo rentaton a dos personas .y no nos querian dar otro cuarto que segun ya no habia estaban lleno..y al final Como anloas 2 am super noche peleando nos diero n el otro pero pesima la atencion

The staff didn't really know what she was doing... I had booked a room weeks in advance fully paid for and when I got to the property the lady stated that they have gave my room to "maintenance" and that i needed to go somewhere else.. after a few debates as it was already 1am in the morning when we finally arrived she out of no where found 2 rooms available
