Yes I will tell more about this. I booked a room only to find out before ever checking in "no hot water" !!! I said to them that won't work. They billed my credit card anyway. They agreed it should be refunded. A week has gone by . NOTHING HAS BEEN CORRECTED!!!

The first day was no hot water, couldn't shower or heat anything, the staff is mostly on a computer screen, the manager was not available and still has not contacted me or booking.com. the room smelled like cigar even though it was a non smoking room. The smoker detector had a bag over it ..I do not was to stay there again it was close to work

Let’s start with nobody was there at 430pm when I arrived to check in so we couldn’t shower before going out after 7 hour drive from LA, once we came back around 1130pm, again nobody around I had to wait another 5 mins, my sons bed was clean but had dirty sheets, the toilet bowl was clean but under the toilet seat it was dirty could’ve been urine ? It was yellow pretty nasty, the room didn’t even have a soap bar ? Is that normal for Motel 6 ?……. Let’s chat about the night life….. lots of drug users standing around the property I’m 6”2 and 230lbs pretty fit so is my son I was scared for my life on our 2nd night once we got back to motel 6 around 1a lots of criminal activity going on including 2 really scary men sitting on the stairs and wouldn’t move when I was trying to go my room……

I died of heat, I couldn't sleep because of the noise of the air conditioning, thanks MOTEL 6

The air conditioning was so noisy it was unbearable, not only that but it didn't work, it just blew air. The bed was rubbish, it was more comfortable to sleep on the floor.

will not stay here again. plenty of other places. may have your vehicles towed as well be careful.

Location and closeness to everything we had to do. Having Circle K next door made getting gas and snacks super convenient.

Cons:

Staff communication... told different things from different staff.
Being lied too, small lie, but enough to break the trust.
Kicked out of our room after 1 night when we clearly paid for 2 and a staff member confirmed at check in it was 2 nights.
Our items thrown into trash bags when we clearly had personal bags for everything.
Paid for another night because we were late for other reservations and came out the next morning to another person staying there having had their vehicle towed away.

The night shift worker Stefany was super nice and very accommodating, nothing bad to say about her!!

Cons:

Room was a little on the dirty side/ floors ripped up, shower dirty, a lot of hair in the sheets. Although I would return again with hopes of a cleaner room that’s it :)
