untill they told me I didn't make the online payment when customer service told me the motel was supposed to clear the payment by handing out the payment for me?!!!

I stayed for two weeks, first night I was woke up by a dog barking starting at 3 AM nonstop & room WREAKED of animal

My stay felt unwelcoming due to over all condition of the facility.
Pros:

Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable.

Cons:

Location was poor, lack of parking, smell of marijuana was evident, a/c was noisy & would not turn off, had to unplug.
