Tamanho do quarto bom , boa disposição
Dificuldades no Checkin , não encontravam minha reserva , depois de uns 20 min , fui subir para o quarto e não tinham codificado a chave , volto e fico esperando ser atendido novamente !! O quarto está super descuidado , fiquei no 1107 , bem escuro a noite , porque um abajur estava sem lâmpada e o outro estava queimada !!
Ótimo quarto e banheiro bem amplo
Estava com minha mãe. Ela sentiu falta de apoio no BOX do banheiro. As toalhas de rosto eram bem velhas. Para o nível do hotel, deveriam ter toalhas mais novas SEMPRE

A localização é o grande diferencial do hotel, em frente ao Shopping Pátio Savassi e com tudo no entorno. Comércio em geral é cafeterias.
Tampa do vaso antiga e toda fora do lugar, camas antigas, toalhas ultra encardidas e velhas, travesseiros muito baixos.
Hotel moderno, bem localizado. Check-in e check-out rápido e eficiente. Café da manhã muito bom.

Boa localização. O quarto que fiquei, superior, o 1504, muito bom. Boa cama, roupa de cama de qualidade, espaçoso.
O café da manhã pode ser melhor, com opções de melhor qualidade, como os sucos e o café. Mas não compromete a estadia. Se for para ser chato, o Hall é tímido para a categoria do hotel, mas também não compromete. Se voltar a BH me hospedo de novo nesse hotel.
Localização perfeita, boa comida, bom café, foi excelente, recomendo, principalmente para quem não quer andar muito pois tem tudo ali perto!
