O atendimento dos recepcionistas e de Wagner foi surpreendente! Foram além das nossas expectativas, muito atenciosos e proativos. Localização maravilhosa, com tudo próximo.

A estadia foi apenas por uma noite, não tive tempo de usufruir de toda a estrutura do hotel. Mas a equipe é atenciosa e simpática, atendimento ágil, room service 24h e quarto com tamanho confortável. Recomendo.

Muito bom! Só deixa a desejar pela acústica no teto do quarto.
Pros:

Gostei muito do restaurante (pratos almoço/jantar/café da manhã) e do chuveiro.

Cons:

A única coisa de que não gostei foi da acústica do Hotel, pois consegui ouvir a camareira limpando o quarto superior e, no dia seguinte, bem cedinho, uma hóspede andando de salto alto pelo quarto. Tive que colocar o fone de ouvido para poder continuar dormindo.

Se for até lá, não deixe de procurar o Sr Wagner, pra seu dia ficar ainda melhor
Pros:

O hotel é muito confortável mas o que fez a diferença foram os funcionários. Sr Wagner, que fica no lobby, com seu sorriso e gentileza foram muito importantes no nosso acolhimento.

Cons:

Não ter piscina.
