Location and staff
Location is key for this motel. I come for business every year. It also works out perfectly for what I do.

Staff was pleasant and facilities were clean and good repair. .
Room was on Scottsdale Rd side of building and traffic noise was LOUD all night long. A/C didn't drown out the cars and trucks, as such, I would not return to this hotel
The fact it was hot enough for the pool to be open.
There was not much else. Rooms were clean and smelled good. Other than that there's not much to say.
The fact that the rooms were reserved days in advance but not ready. Nor were they close together like requested. The first room we were given there was somebody sleeping in the room. Then we also had to wait over a hour for the 2nd room to be ready.
That I got to see the room before I paid anything and after that I knew this wasn't where I was suppise to stay.
Too many shady characters in the parking lot, I basically decided not to stay at this property due to safety issues.

The rooms was clean and location was a very good distance to the airport.
The bed was a bit firm and the road noise got loud at times. There is also no coffe in the room but there was a Qt crossed the street, if you did want to go to the office to get coffee.

Very unpleasant person at the reception not able to do any changes about a room, smelly, noisy room. We didn't sleep all night before the flight.

Room was never cleaned, trash never picked up, limited towels-had to pick up at front office. I thought $102 night was too much even on booking.com.
Only saved $4 to book an additional night on a Sunday night. No manager on site to talk to. Tub could have been cleaned better.
Room somewhat met expectations but could have been better. No option for that below.
