Overall, a good stay everything clean. The only thing bad was a lot of sketchy people around.
Pros:

Close by the freeway exit the room was clean. Bedsheets are clean.

Cons:

The exhaust fan in the bathroom was unplugged and broken. I’m sure they have a maintenance team to correct all the issues it’s only $15-$20 part that can easily be changed out with the screwdriver. I know this because I change them out myself. I didn’t think to take a photo but next time I will.
