Overall I was satisfied and wil be returning soon.
Pros:

Location was near Tulare outlets, Walmart, foodmaxx, fast food, Burlington, Ross and right off the freeway. Everything was walking distance.

Cons:

The bed could’ve been better.

I stayed for over 2 weeks and I have seen roachs every stay I even have recording of them
Pros:

It wasn’t a lot of late night traffic

Cons:

Nothing everything was good with the property meaning the location but it was a lot of roaches and it will y let me load videos

I was disappointed to find that they had no fridge in the room. Wish that was stated somewhere on the page, staying here for 2 days and not having a fridge to put drinks or ice in sucked.

If you're looking for meth or a prostitute go here
Pros:

Nothing. No microwave, frig, or iron. Door doesn't close all the way. Rude staff that responded with smart Alex remarks. Looks like it's a place to do meth deals, drugs or prostitution rings. Years ago it actually was busted for a sex prostitution ring. Never go here. Bed looked like sheets weren't changed. It's known as a meth drug spot. People up at 3 am when I got out of work and all drugged.
