Beatriz the service rep was nice to offer another room but she couldn’t help with a refund. I had to leave both rooms 147 and the second room, 207, due to pest infestation. I didn’t even stay for more than 5 minutes after fully inspecting room 147. There were bed bugs or tiny roaches inside the desk area where the tv is mounted and underneath the desk also had stains from spilled coffee or something old. Room 147 also has stains around the walls from previous encounters with roaches because I can tell smashed parts were just left behind. Room 207 had larger roaches running underneath the bed I just left in disgust.
Please send a health inspector to monitor pest activity at night. Motel 6 health standards in Tulare are unacceptable. I found and killed more than 10 small bugs in room 147 and did not even attempt to squash roaches in room 207 even though they were larger and easier to spot.

The area was nice
It had bugs in the shower on the shower curtain all around the floor in the bathroom just and my towel had someone else hair on i usually bring my own towels anyway but it’s the principle this is a place of business they are suppose to keep these things clean
All was good staff members respectfull and helping

I liked the price but I wish they would have e told me bout the cash deposit before I made the reservation
Some homeless person kept knocking on our door all night so I was scared he was gnna try to bReak in... the ac didnt work well...the shower head was broken
Price
The apparently full time residents made me feel insecure. I was propositioned both for drugs and sex. The refrigerator barely cooled and the single blanket on the bed was more of a sheet than a blanket, although maybe that is normal considering how hot the location can be. Office staff was pleasant though and grounds were relatively clean but for security, I parked our truck and camping trailer in front of the motel in view of the office and street.
