My stay was unpleasant, I just had to tolerate it
Pros:

The location is good, the premises are not well kept, the environment outside the rooms left unclean, no strict control of smoking areas, customers just smoke anyhow hazarding the lives of non smokers, the staff is fairly pleasant, the laundry area was the worst I have ever seen and it tarnishes your reputation, I lost my money without receiving the laundry service, you need a lot of work to keep your place up to a desirable standard

Property was dirty, clothes were hanging over poles drying, no one was at the front desk when we went to go check in. Waited for about 30 minutes no one ever showed up. Waited outside for about another 10 minutes still no one came to the front desk. Some guy pulled a gun on someone in front of the building. We got an uber and left to a different hotel. Would never recommend.

No one cleaned the room. Had an ice bucket, but could not locate the ice machine.

Pros:

The customer service from Sarah at the front desk was exceptional. She was eager to help accommodate me and my finance. The location was great. Easy access to highway, the beach and many restaurants.
