Pros:

The rates on line were decent. When I arrived the staff was friendly and helpful. I liked the fact that it was quiet with no interruptions.. The water pressure was nice and strong and the water was nice and hot.

Cons:

I reserved a I bed for two adults, and the first thing I noticed was pillows on the bed for 1 adult. Only one wash cloth and one hand towel. I went to get 2 pillows, a hand towel, and a wash cloth. I received the two pillows and a hand towel. OK, cool. The TV was on when I entered, and there was no remote, and the tv screen was half dark.. I was thinking of walking to the store to get TV dinners and cold drinks but changed my mind because there was no microwave or refrigerator. I opened the pillows that I received from the desk, but when I went to discard the packaging, there was no garbage can.. I went to take a shower, and the tub was clean but stained, and the door could not close because the bottom hinge was damaged. Not only that, but as I was taking a shower, the light cover fell off of the ceiling. I made that walk to the store and came back with drinks to learn that the ice machine had no ice.
