Very unpleasant
Pros:

There was NO breakfast, toilet didn't work, had to change rooms late at night, room was dirty and had bugs in the bathroom. The only good part was the woman working the front desk was very nice and understanding.

Definitely a good place to stay on my way through. Comfy and clean.
Pros:

Big, comfortable bed.
Also, I somehow booked TWO rooms by accident (the first one I booked, using Venmo, appeared that it didn't go through, so I booked again -- only to find when I got there that the Venmo one DID go through. The front desk staff helped me navigate that.)

We had a good nights sleep due to sound proofed rooms and comfortable bed. Good breakfast next door.
Pros:

The resturant next door had wonderful food and service.
Room was roomy bed was comfortable.
Price was right for what we needed.

Cons:

Bath tub appeared to be dirty. There were no amenities in the room like soaps & lotions. No coffee maker, no bottled water etc
Resturant next door was very pricey!
The area the motel was in felt unsafe. Some homeless looking characters were not too far away. There were sirens going and emergency vehicles through the night. It was scary to go to the car at night our room was in the far back of the property adjacent to a dry river bed a few hundred yards away
