Nice property, staff were very welcoming and helpful and service was very good. Restauarant is also very good with a large selection of food of different cuisines for breakfast and evening meal buffet.

Excellent location with good rooms and food. Courteous staff. Would want to stay every time I have work in Ludhiana or around.

Bath towels need to be recycled, carpets in rooms and corridors are dirty, not in par with 5 star hotels, need to replaced.
Staff in the breakfast need to be more efficient, customer oriented. We are visiting this facility for more than a decade, for past 2 years it's standard is going down

I had a wonderful stay at Hyatt Regency Ludhiana. The room was very comfortable, the atmosphere was pleasant, and the breakfast was excellent. The staff were extremely courteous and helpful throughout the stay.
A special thanks to Neeraj for his assistance and to Monika from the housekeeping team for maintaining the room so well. Their professionalism and attention to detail really made the experience even better.
One small suggestion would be to consider upgrading the room lighting to brighter LED lights, as the current yellow lighting gives the room a slightly dated feel. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great, friendly, and professional personnel. We especially recall Neeraj and Manmohan at the front desk; Surender, Simran, and many others at the breakfast restaurant; and Kishore from housekeeping. The front door personnel and everyone else who greeted and assisted us daily during our seven-day stay were wonderful, truly making our experience feel like a home away from home.
