Very noisy location, party all night!
Pros:

I really liked the location in the centre, very close to the shops and facilities. And very nice room at the top with large windows.

Cons:

At the same time, I hated location! There was a party in the patio in front of my windows! Then next day there was big disco in Club 16 and I couldn't sleep till 4.30am because of bum bum bum all night!
The room I booked wasn't available initially, they moved they after, also not so nice... The room first night had a lot of mushroom in the bathroom.

Pros:

The behaviour of the manager is very good. He's very gentle and helpful. Also the hotel location is very nice. It's close to the lake and you can also have great mountain view.

Wonderful staff and a great place to stay!
Pros:

The owner is absolutely wonderful, he's so kind, funny and helpful and really took the time to help us out when our hotel in Bandipur cancelled on us last minute. The location was perfect for us - quiet for the city but very close to lots of restaurants and the lake. The rooms are comfy enough, and have what you need, but the hospitality is what made this place so special for us - because of the owner this was one of the best places we've stayed at in Nepal!

satisfy my private room stay.
Pros:

breakfast was freshly made when requested, despite simple toast and eggs, it was actually delicious!

Cons:

hot water took awhile to come. and toilet could use a some deep cleeaning.
