Comfortable, clean, and friendly, but crazy expensive due to surge pricing.
Pros:

Very friendly and helpful front desk staff, very clean room and bathroom, excellent bed, and quiet room on 19th floor.

Cons:

The exterior entrance was very dirty/funky and crowded with things like outgoing/incoming laundry crates

Waiting for the refund of the security deposit.

Cons:

A security deposit of USD 100 is charged per stay. Since I made two separate reservations, I was charged a total of USD 200 for the two stays.

I was informed that these deposits would be released back to my credit card within a few days. However, I checked on June 13 and the funds had still not been returned.

I already sent a message regarding this matter but have not yet received a response..I find it unreasonable that an additional security deposit is charged and that the funds are then retained for several days after the stay has ended.

Great location
Pros:

The location is fantastic. You can’t beat it. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly. There are only two elevators for the entire hotel but I guess my rides were well timed as I didn’t wait much. My room had a great view. I struggled to figure out how to turn off the lights but eventually found the switch within the area of plugs and USB. The bathroom has a real door, which I appreciate. But you cannot turn on the shower without getting wet.
