The only thing I didn’t care for was the fact there was only one washer and dryer in the entire facility for everyone to use … we were there for a softball tournament and multiple teams/parents were trying to wash and dry uniforms for next day. Also, the dryer was not heating and working properly and the front desk attendant came and tried her best to unplug and reboot it, which did help, but still frustrating when it took 2 hours and my clothes were still damp.

Property was exceptionally clean. I was especially happy with the front desk staff. We had our 2 small grandchildren with us, The girls were so attentive and welcoming !

The hotel was nice and clean
The booking I made was for a work trip. I booked 3 rooms with double beds in each room as people are staying with one another. Got there checked in and got room keys walked up and every room was king beds. That wont work. Co workers dont want to share a bed that is why I booked what I booked. Walked back down told them that is not what I booked and needed two beds per room and they said we dont have any available we will cancel your reservation I was then stuck hours away with no hotel. They have yet to refund me also. Paying $700 for a booking that was not correct that never got used is unacceptable
