A very comfortable stay in a lovely boutique hotel
Pros:

A boutique heritage hotel, good location, nice pool, lots of greenery and very tranquil vibe, friendly staff - especially Diego who loves to have a chat, they also have a restaurant that serves some good food

Cons:

The property is a heritage one, hence showing its age - perhaps the showers could be improved a bit that's all.

Pros:

The staff are very friendly and helpful, chatting with Diego at breakfast was always a great start to the day. Scooters for rent are always available on the property through Vilas. The property too, while not on a beach, is well laid out and the pool is kept impeccably clean.

Cons:

As in most places nowadays, a bit of management neglect is observed for the prices we pay. some of the furniture and electric points and bed and bath linen are in need of change and attention. The bed that I had ordered for through the portal was a double queen but what I got initially was two singles joined and one was very rickety...Javed at the front office was kind enough to attend to this the next day and changed my room. Small things like these spoil what was otherwise a wonderful break.

Heritage home with all the right feels
Pros:

We had a beautiful stay in a heritage room and house. The room was quite big and had modern amenities (AC and smart TV) while keeping the heritage look and feel intact (double wooden door, red oxide flooring, oyster shell windows).
The staff were all helpful and nice. Breakfast was good. Their pool is quite big and it's nice to swim in the early mornings or evenings (they have timings). Their garden is lovely and even though the stay is close to the main road, we were shielded from the noise.

Cozy place. Minor upgrades and it will be a solid option. Pool is amazing.

Pros:

In a great part of anjuna within reach of some nice restaurants and yoga places. Not far from the beach but far enough away from the crowds. Lovely pool and relaxing vibe.

Cons:

Nothing it was all good - shame they no longer have the yoga there
