Wonderful hotel with incredible staff.
Pros:

Have stayed at Residence Inn by Marriott Skokie several times and love the facility and staff. The rooms are large with the kitchen with a full size fridge making it a step above others close to it. The breakfast is always good with variety from one day to the next making it more than a standard hotel breakfast. And we love the people who are incredibly friendly and helpful. We will stay here again on our next visit to Chicago.

Jeg likte frokosten og beliggenheten samt stillheten på rommet vårt, størrelsen på rommet var og god.

Cons:

Jeg mislikte at sengen til barna ikke var klar ved innsjekk og at madrassen var veldig hard og at de lå direkte ned på fjæringer. Bassenget var kaldt og tilsynelatende skittent, i brukte det derfor kun en gang. Jeg mislikte og at jeg avtalte ting med resepsjonen ved to forskjellige anledninger og at dette ikke ble fulgt opp. Jeg bestilte et teppe til min ene datter til å sove i, dette kom aldri. Jeg bestilte frokost tidlig grunnet tidlig avreise, da til rommet, frokosten kom aldri. Jeg mislikte og at det ikke var
tilgjengelige sykler som lovet. Utover det ønsket resepsjonen at jeg bestilte uber istedenfor at de skulle bestille taxi til meg, grunnet at da ville jeg bare måtte vente og vente grunnet at de bare ville kansellere om og om igjen. Jeg etterspurte safe på rommet, men resepsjonisten sa at dette ikke var vanlig i Amerika, kun i Europa, noe som ikke stemmer. Jeg etterspurte og skikkelige dyner til barna istedenfor tepper, men det hadde de ikke! Jeg og min kone fikk en god seng med skikkelige dyner, men barna måtte bruke noen brungule tepper og ligge på fjærer. Til slutt fikk jeg nok og ga beskjed til resepsjonisten om hva jeg mente og han sa at jeg ikke skulle klage til han, men til eieren. Jeg sa at det var idiotisk ettersom at han i dette tilfellet representerte eieren. Utover dette var alt i sin skjønneste orden. (Bortsett fra en ting, hvorfor er det ikke shoehorn på hotellene i USA?)

No hesitance to stay at Residence
Pros:

The staff was extra friendly and helpful in taking care of our needs. The location was excellent for our going about our daily business in the area. Parking was easy and we enjoy free breakfasts. ☺️

Cons:

All I can say is that the road construction in the area was a downer. But that isn't the fault of hotel.

Pros:

Excellent staff, quiet room, nice bed, everything worked in the room and kitchen, exercise facility was good enough. Excellent for the price.

Clean and Comfortable. One Bedroom Suite ideal for a family of 3
Pros:

Clean hotel. Decent breakfast. Comfortable Bed. Very responsive and cooperative staff. Towels and other supplies were always abundant. We had an adequate kitchenette and I was able to cook some meals. The fridge was massive as well.
Clean Bathroom, great shower.

Cons:

My son complained about the sofa bed in the living area. It was not comfortable and he had to sleep on the chair
