Avoid if you care about noise
Pros:

Location was good

Cons:

So noisy, you can hear literally everything, and the guests that stayed were super loud. Literally someone was screaming at 6:30 in the morning as if they were being murdered, and it sounded like it was right next door even though it wasn't - not to mention the construction that started around 9/10am. The ants in the room were a smaller concern compared to the noise. Didn't think it would be that way around.

Henkilökunnan kanssa tuli jo heti alkuun ongelmia. He olivat luvanneet etukäteen, että saamme tietyllä hinnalla early chek in, koska olimme aikaisin aamulla perillä. Tämä ei onnistunutkaan vaan jouduimme vänkäämään asiasta pitkään ja lopulta ostamaan toisen huoneen kokonaan aamuksi. Yöpymisen aikana pyysimme uusia lakanoita, koska meillä kaatui vähän mehua niihin. Taas kerran jouduimme vänkäämään asiasta, koska he olisivat laskuttaneet lakanoista 500bath vaikka heidän oma pesula maksoi 20 bath. Pitkän keskustelun jälkeen jouduimme vaihtamaan lakanat itse. Lähtiessämme pois paikan pomo halusi laskuttaa meitä vielä lakanoista, koska niissä oli nyt pieni veritahra. Maksoimme, mutta kiitosta eikä hymyä keltään henkilöhunnasta tullut. Ei jäänyt hyvä maku. Huoneessa oli myös torakka.

Pros:

Starting off the staff were amazing. I cannot stress this enough, the reception staff were really nice, polite, helpful and really made us feel welcome.
The room was spotless, the cleaning staff deserve all the appreciation they get and more.
The hotel itself was really nice. Extremely happy with everything in general and would definitely stay again.

I had a great stay here.
Pros:

Rooms were comfortable, spacious and clean. The pool area was nice and the staff were friendly and helpful.

Cons:

The location was a little far from main attractions in the city but public transport was easy to get. Nothing else.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant et à l'écoute. Nous avions une suite familiale qui était parfaite pour 4 personnes. L'emplacement pas loin du métro est très appréciable.Les chambres sont très bien isolé du bruit.

Cons:

En revanche les enfants n'ont pas trop aprécié de ne pas avoir de fenêtre dans la chambre mais elle est grande et ils ont adoré l'hôtel et veulent y revenir !
