Family friendly place
Pros:

Stayed there with my family. We enjoyed our stay. The rooms were spacious; we, a family of four, could stay comfortably in the room. There were all required amenities as promised. We had a nice view of the city from the balcony of the room. The parking facility was adequate. The hotel premises and accommodation areas were always clean. Staffs were friendly and cordial.

Cons:

The laundry facilities of the hotel may be upgraded.

Le personnel est sympathique

Cons:

La chambre n’était pas propre, pas de serviettes de toilette à l’arrivée, la serrure ne fonctionnait pas. Les meubles sont vieux, pour une nuit ça peut aller mais vraiment pas terrible

Pros:

De pouvoir réserver une chambre unique pour une famille de 2 adultes + 1 enfant de 4 ans, partout ailleurs ceux sont soit des suites avec 2 chambres ou alors ils ne proposent tout simplement que 2 couchages (lit double ou 2 lits jumeaux)

Cons:

La poussière accumulée sous les lits. Les oreillers trop épais (nuque douloureuse au réveil)
Côté avenue Rama IV les chambres sont plus bruyantes que côté cour (nord).
Selon les chambres les commandes pour l'écalairage sont "étranges" (on ne peut pas tamiser l'ambiance)
La piscine extérieure est entièrement abritée donc l'eau reste très très fraîche (trop?)

Mostly the rest! At reception lady told me first I have been upgrade.. When I get the room it seems like been down gradeded. No small towels, not tea or coffee bags.. She gave me a room facing a building block.. Nosisey.. Couldn't sleep comfortably... Washbasin drain block.. Toilet is in general not comfortable..

Great value for money
Pros:

Rooms were really spacious. Pool was a lovely addition. Staff were so friendly and accommodating

Cons:

Slightly out the way of most things we wanted to do. It was a 12-15 minute walk to the skyline before you got moving or around 20-30 minutes in a taxi to get to Khao San Road and the temples/ grand palace etc

Pros:

la chambre, qui était en fait un petit appartement. l'hôtel est situé à 10 minutes à pieds de la station de BTS Ekamaï. Tout était propre. Le personnel à l'accueil est à l'écoute.
