Pros:

Nice mountain setting

Cons:

Awful service, hair in food on two occasions, food very poor quality, apple juice costs the same as beer, over priced. It’s represented as 5 star luxury hotel but we got 3 star experience at very best. The he entire staff and hotel has a culture of poor customer experience and lack of follow up. Do not stay here it’s way over priced

Excellent and we would definitely stay there again but you will need a hire car

Very calming and facilities were excellent.. Definitely would stay again. Staff were very helpful in general everyday and with a late checkout we requested

I’ve stayed at much better places in this price range

Bathroom was sectioned off in a large room with no extractor fan.

Stunning hotel and very nearly perfect

pretty much everything! roberto was the highlight for us! his knowledge and skills in creating exceptional drinks from local produce is something else!

Cons:

Michelin star restaurant closed when we stayed! mosquitoes bad and no real effort to repel then in the hotel or room

Pros:

Dinner was disappointing. My husband ordered steak and it was tough and full of gristle and he couldn’t eat it. Also I informed the hotel that it was my birthday and they didn’t acknowledge it at all.

Top tier hotel. The property and grounds are beautiful. The service is attentive and responsive. Room was spacious and quiet. I would visit Mallorca again to stay at this hotel because it was so relaxing. The only "downside" is that there is not much of a town nearby so you either need to take a taxi or rent a car if you are interested in surrounding nearby areas.
