Somos clientes recurrentes de este hotel y cada vez que nos hospedamos comprobamos su pésima actitud de servicio , amabilidad y atención del personal de recepción ,
Su mala actitud de servicio y atención al huésped contrasta totalmente con la filosofía y nivel de servicio y satisfacción de IHG ,
Es una verdadera pena que su equipo de recepción integrado por un conjunto de jóvenes inexpertos , soberbios y desatentos manchen la excelente imagen de la marca Holiday Inn

Pros:

El hotel recibe a grupos grandes que faltan al respeto e interrumpen el descanso de los demás huéspedes. El estacionamiento algo incómodo porque solo es de valet parking y se vuelve muy lento. Los televisores de habitaciones ya pasados porque no tienen plataformas de streaming y no son compatibles con los dispositivos de los clientes. Todo lo demás muy bien para su categoría.

Un estupendo hotel, precio accesible con muy buenas y limpias instalaciones, alberca temperaturizada a 30 grados y gimnasio muy bien equipado. El desayuno incluido muy bueno. Todo el personal muy amable. Sin duda volveria a ese hotel.
