Pros:

Noisy due to lack of soundproofing in the walls sadly. Certainly not due to guests. Staff were good and helpful and a the hotel is a good centre to explore Durango from.

Cons:

Noise from rooms and stairwell was needlessly loud. Room facilities were good but due a refurb ( we were on the third floor).

Pros:

La habitación está muy bien lo único malo fue las vistas,el trato del personal fue excelente y la ubicación fue excepcional ya que estabas en medio para poder visitar Vitoria Gasteiz, San Sebastián y Bilbao

Posizione , struttura , camera , colazione

Cons:

Parcheggio troppo caro.
Personale scortese e disorganizzato , non all'altezza di un Grand Hotel .
I lettini in piscina sono pochissimi , prendendo 2 sedie per accomodarci a bordo piscina ci sono state tolte in maniere non troppo gentili .
Se offrite una piscina deve essere fruibile . Abbassate i prezzi se non siete in grado di offrire i servizi .

Sehr freundliches, geduldiges Personal.
Alles im Umfeld für einen absolut großartigen Urlaub vorhanden.
Das Frühstücksbüffett ist perfekt und man sollte UNBEDINGT das Restaurant im Hotel besuchen, es lohnt sich!

Cons:

Parkhaus ist etwas eng/ verbaut, aber durchaus nützlich

Nice authentic Basque Country hotel and location, near old town with friendly staff

Goede ligging en algemene faciliteiten, nood aan renovatie van kamers.
Pros:

Het personeel (vooral receptie) was zeer vriendelijk. De ligging van het hotel is perfect, net naast de oude stad. Het ontbijt was uitgebreid en altijd goed aangevuld. Ook de mogelijkheid om in de lobby bar iets te eten buiten de normale restaurant-uren was zeer handig (zeker met kleinere kinderen). De tuin en het zwembad zijn mooi, goed onderhouden en geven extra gezelligheid (je vergeet dat je in een stad zit).

Cons:

De kamers en sommige delen van het hotel ogen outdated en verwaarloosd. Bvb. deurlijsten in badkamer die uitgezet zijn door vocht, deuren die niet goed sluiten, een losse kraan, behangpapier dat loskomt, versleten gordijnen, verlichting die niet/half werkt... In het kort, een renovatie/refurbishment dringt zich op.
De airco werkte niet goed, het was moeilijk om de kamer wat gekoeld te krijgen.
Daar waar sommige hotel personeelsleden zeer vriendelijk waren, leken er sommigen "tegen hun zin" rond te lopen, bij de lobby bar, bij het ontbijt...

Une chambre mal située pour touriste de passage dans ce bel établissement…

Literie, chambre, terrasse et personnel !

Cons:

20€ la nuit de parking pour des clients en 1/2 pension ? Une vue sur un mur couvert de ronces et au-dessus d’une soufflerie qui fait un bruit d’enfer jusqu’à minuit puis dès 6 H 30 du matin ?

buen Aire acondicionado , la piscina bien Aunque debería haber un tiempo máximo con las hamacas que sino hay gente se pilla la hamaca todo el dia dejando la toalla y no hay manera de encontrar una .

Cons:

la puerta del baño por dentro estaba hecha polvo de la humedad , hab 109 , necesita una nueva!
