Pros:

Fijn verblijf, ondanks enkele minpuntjes.
Pros:

Mooie ligging; vlakbij het oude stadscentrum en half uurtje rijden van Bilbao. Mogelijkheid om in de parkeergarage te parkeren (wel duur: €20 per nacht). Fijne bedden. Gevarieerd ontbijtbuffet.

Cons:

Enkele gasten waren midden in de nacht op de gang erg rumoerig en het hotel was nogal gehorig, dus dat was geen goede combinatie. We hadden geen nespresso-apparaat of waterkoker op de kamer, terwijl dat wel op de foto’s stond. Het ontbijt was gevarieerd, maar werd niet steeds goed aangevuld. Eén nacht was het alarm afgegaan en de receptionist bleef maar paniekerig van de telefoon naar het alarmsysteem lopen in plaats van de rust te bewaren en de gasten, die in hun pyjama in de lobby stonden, gerust te stellen. Ingang moeilijk bereikbaar met koffers (of als je slecht ter been bent) door steile helling of hoge trap.

Cons:

La moqueta apestaba a perro mojado. Todo el marco de la puerta del baño estaba levantado. Rincones del baño (recobecos del mármol) sucios. Al entrar a la habitación olia a cerrado. La cprtina tapaluz es demasiado corta por los lados y el sistema de rail de apertura y cierre es antigua. Incomodo

Pros:

Prima verblijf. Deze hele vakantie nog niet zo'n groot bed gehad die ook nog eens lekker ligt :-) Dichtbij centrum. Goed ontbijtbuffet met ruime keuze. Parkeren vonden wij wat aan de prijzige kant (20 euro per dag).

Cons:

We hadden kamer aan de achterzijde en daar staat buiten ook een generator te draaien tot laat op de avond(2.00 uur). Dit kan hinderlijk zijn als je ook nog de ramen open wilt hebben. Bij sombere dagen is door de kleurstelling van kamer en ligging aan achterzijde van gebouw het extra donker en moesten wij dus vaak het licht aan in de kamer. Gehorigheid met klappende deuren, schuiven van tafels etc. is al meer over geschreven.

Atmosfera relaxante e conforto
Pros:

dimensões e conforto do quarto, cama bastante confortavel com TV de grande dimensões. Inserido em zona muito calma, verde e relaxante. otel com bons serviços incluídos.

Cons:

Para quem pretende apenas visitar o centro de Bilbao o alojamento pode ficar um pouco fora de mão, mas os serviços e conforto oferecidos superam amplamente a distância para o centro. Estacionamento perto do hotel pode ser um desafio mas poderá optar por estacionamento pago no parque interior do hotel.

La propreté, le confort de la literie, le petit déjeuner

Cons:

Il n’y a pas de baignoire dans les chambres, il faut payer 20€ par jour pour accéder au parking de l’hôtel, pas de possibilité de se garer autrement . Anormal que les clients ne puissent pas se garer. Nous étions en demi pension. Peu de choix pour le dîner .

Sehr netter Aufenthalt
Pros:

Das Frühstücksbuffet war außergewöhnlich gut sortiert, auch der Service im Frühstücksraum war sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist ebenso perfekt für einen Besuch in dieser netten Kleinstadt. Der Parken in der Garage war für uns wichtig und auch sehr gut.

Cons:

Die Zimmer sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen, das hat uns jedoch nicht gestört.

Pros:

Las instalaciones del hotel, salvo la habitacion son muy bonitas y completas. El personal muy amable y el desayuno correcto

Cons:

La habitacion es oscura y le faltan varias cosas: enchufes en las mesitas, luces de lectura en la cama... Tambien el baño está antiguo y sobre todo el cabezal de ducha es muy pequeño.

Pros:

We booked it to escape the rain during a hike. It was nice and comfy. The staff was helpful and the bath was the highlight.

Cons:

Our fridge was not working and it took them a few hours to come and fix it. We needed the fridge for baby food and it was hard to plan it in a way the baby wasn't sleeping yet

La propreté de la chambre... Aspirateur et poussière oubliée...
La sdb, petite étroite et dangereuse... A quand un rafraichissement avec une douche ? Les bidets sont-ils encore utilisés ?
