Very average, not boutique at all.
Pros:

Great location. Close to everything and even for the very centric location it is not that noisy.

Cons:

They really need to step up, they are advertised as a boutique and they are truly not. They do charge as boutique tho!

1. They need a valet parking service asap! It is advertised to include parking but they do not disclose parking is close by and you need to be crossing a very heavy traffic avenue.
Now imagine doing that with your luggage on a Sunday because the avenue is closed for cyclists!
2. They made a mistake with elder parents room, they asked us to move rooms on our second day there. We had no issues… mistakes happen but we asked for extra towels and blankets. We ended our stay without them.
3. Overall maintenance. The bathroom walls are moldy, they need to clean properly.
The tap for cold water in our shower was stuck and you needed to hold with both hands to move.
There is a smell coming out from the drain.
The lights in the bathroom are terrible.
The towels quality is terrible, super small and cheap.
The bathroom products are also very cheap… they could step up here and do a collaboration with a local producer.
4. There is not enough staff in the restaurant and the servers are running around between the tables and the in room service!!

This boutique is normally used by people from out of town attending weddings, they have all the chances to be amazing and it’s really just mediocre.

Für eine mehrtägigen Besuch in Morelia eine klare Empfehlung.
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt etwas ausserhalb, aber trotzdem nahe am Zentrum und zu anderen Sehenswürdigkeiten. Da das Zimmer nicht an der Strasse lag, war es sehr ruhig. Das Bett und die Ausstattung des Zimmers sind sehr gut und komfortabel. Das Frühstück a la Cart ist schmackhaft und reichlich. Das Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Cons:

Die Rezeption ist manchmal etwas inkompetent.

Ojalá el estacionamiento estuviera más cerca y accesible, como el terreno de a lado.
La calle del estacionamiento es muy chica y esperar a que abran hace que sea riesgoso x que no caben los coches

Excelente experiência em Morelia, pertinho do Centro Histórico.
Pros:

Excelente hotel boutique, super bem localizado, equipe muito cordial, Chef excelente, alimentação super saudável, muito bem balanceada e saborosa. Voltarei com certeza.

GREAT Hotel -GREAT Service - Excellent Location.
Pros:

The location is great! The bed was very comfortable and the food was great. All hotel staff were attentive and Ivan made the most delicious Vampiro drinks! The house is located on los Arcos avenue so I assumed we would hear some traffic in the AM but we did NOT. The walls must be super thick with adobe or cantera because we slept soundly even though we were near the front on the Arcos avenida side. There was a private event in the large terraza one of the days we stayed and you could hear party noise until about 12PM. The terrazas are mostly for private events and are great for celebrating special events.

No hay estacionamiento ni seguridaden en el hot!!!

El lugar es muy agradable las habitaciones son muy comodas y espaciosas el perdonal del restaurante y bar excelente.
Lamentable mente en la aplicación se menciona que cuentan con estacionamiento y el hotel no tiene estacionamiento. Yo llame al hotel y también me confirmaron que tenían estacionamiento y no es así.
Tuvimos que dejar la camioneta afuera del hotel y nos abrieron la camioneta y dañaron la chapa y el hotel no se hizo responsable de nada perdi mas de $4000 pesos. Definitiva mente si viajas a Morelia en carro este no es el hotel para hospedarte. Ellos cobran por todo que si quieres cancelar te penalizan con el costo de una noche que si pierdes la llave te cobran $300 pero si te abren la camioneta en su hotel no se hacen responsable de nada. Espero que este mensaje sirva para que no le pase a alguien mas otro accidente así.
