Great hotel offering exceptional service in a perfect location
Pros:

All the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. The internal communication and with guests excellent. They try very hard to please.

The breakfast was first class, big choice, many healthy options, high quality offerings .

Perfect location in a prestigious area in Palma, central to excellent high end restaurants and shops

Cons:

Disappointed with my junior suite, a large room but with no view. It was very dark and not helped with the equally sombre decor and soft furnishings.
I viewed other rooms that were much better located.

Unable to book a table in the restaurant, well in advance of our arrival, for dinner on our first evening

Besonders hervorheben möchte ich das Personal und hier vor allem Daniel, er ist sehr sehr aufmerksam, kümmert sich sehr um seine Gäste, er ist ein großer Gewinn für das Haus, das Hotel an sich ist sehr zu empfehlen, rundum alles ist wirklich sehr sehr schön. Hier zählt Lage, Lage, Lage. Auch das Restaurant ist ein Geschmackserlebnis!! Sehr gut!!! Worcesters hier nicht zum letzten Mal.

Perfect city hotel

Daniel and the management team couldn’t be more helpful. They made our stay relaxing and their attention to detail was exemplary. The location is perfect with the best terrace restaurant and bar in Palma.

Väldigt fint boende med extremt hög service.
Frukosten var något utöver det vanliga.
Väldigt hög klass. Terasserna var fantastiska att sitta på och det var lugn o skön atmosfär.
Daniel var helt underbar och alltid tillgänglig med bra tipps.
