Ottenville Boutique Hotel

Hotelnya bersih dan nyaman, fasilitas air panas bagus. Sesuai tarifnya, tidak untuk yang mengharapkan fasilitas menu resto mewah.

It was fine. More than expectations actually. In that high season, we got 33% discount from hotels.com so we expected to only got "an acceptable room" and "acceptable environment" in that price. But then, the room surprise us. It was really nice and clean. Interior was really good. Air conditioner working great, successfully making us stay I the blanket over night. The hot water working all day, not like those cheap hotels that running out hot water when you late to take a bath in the morning.

The food taste is something that you won't expect much, but you'll not be complaining.

The service from the Stagg is the one I can't talk much, since I rarely feel their presence. I feel l like most of the time are self-service. The security are more helpful in giving advise and direction about surrounding area.

Overall,i'll definitely come back to stay there in such a price.

A fairly nice, quite place. And I think the staff means well.
BUT, for a hotel so highly reviewed, extremely lacking:
-barely any English or other foreign language skills whatsoever - shockingly lacking
-TERRIBLE internet - virtually nonexistent; unbearably frustrating; and for a hotel at this price range, inexcusable - pay the extra few dollars and get something that works decently
-clueless staff, no maps, can't even tell you east from west, or best way to walk to the center of town
-location - far from just about anything of interest

There are many things that I will accept in a hotel room. In some places, beetles and geckos just come with the territory. I can handle a room that's a little dirty. The one thing that I will not accept is a room that smells bad. This room had a strong smell of urine covered over by an even stronger smell of disinfectant. A hotel manager who doesn't check rooms for odor should not expect to have a well-reviewed hotel. I asked to have my room changed, but I was told that the hotel was fully booked. It was too late to find another hotel. It was an unbearable night. My room was 607. I don't know the condition of the other rooms. The room was also extremely noisy. My advice is not to stay here.

The room is enough clean. Breakfast OK and nice also. Only the shower if there are so many guests are coming, the water will be small especially in the night.
And please make a special place for smoking area, because in the park, the smoke will be coming into our room....
