Pros:

Had to switch to a two bed room as elevator wasnt working and we had to be moved to ground floor as we have disabilities and they only had a two bed room available.

Staff was accommodating and friendly. Hotel clean and conveniently placed in town. Need vehicle. I was there for Goodfellow AFB . Son brought me around. Food places around to walk to. I enjoyed their free breakfast. Morning staff there pleasant and food good. I got my fill to start the day. I would stay there again no doubt

Good and convenient hotel
Pros:

Overall a great stay but there was some loose under the bed, the sink was slow draining and the refrigerator would fall out of it’s slot when you pulled on the door, and the bathtub would creak very loud when you showered.

The suite was big and very comfortable. The breakfast was great. The staff is amazing. The pool was wonderful. I definitely would recommend this to everyone.

Pros:

Very friendly and attentive staff, from front desk to house keeping. Room was clean and cared for. Even corners in elevator were paid attention to. I travel for a living, if I’m in San Angelo again I will stay here. American staff, and it shows.

Check in staff was rude. Would not allow Service animal to stay since we did not bring her in at check-in. We had previously been told the night before that she was approved but nothing was mentioned about bringing her in at check-in. We DID not stay at this hotel.

Pros:

Property is older, room looked old, no updated features, carpet old and stained, a/c cooled but old and rattled. The staff were sweet and breakfast buffet was clean and lots of options. If they updated interiir of rooms, would be a nice hotel.
