Disappointing for us who frequently use the accommodation services of the Ramada brand on most trips
Pros:

Nothing lives up to the international standards of the Ramada by Windham brand!!! Unkempt staff, pitiful attitude when you file a complaint!!! Dinner charged with 30 Euro but the buffet was empty we were 3 people and we did not offer a piece of cake as a dessert to divide into 3 because they had no more !!!

Pros:

The staff were excellent, very helpful and friendly. Attentive to the needs of our party especially in bar and restaurant areas

Cons:

The main concern was the room temperature, too warm and could not sleep due to heat. The window to fresh air did not work so I had poor sleep 2 nights. I reported the issue and the temperature was lowered for night 2 but still too warm and the temperature control was not operable by guest. I really need a good sleep to help my business.

Friendly staff and clean. Great for a short business trip.
Pros:

The hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. They accommodated us when we wanted to have dinner late at night and were very helpful with our questions. We used the small business centre for a few video calls which worked well.

Cons:

The hotel is far away from any type of public transport so you have to have a car or use taxi services. The biggest downside was the wifi. It was so slow that you can assume there is no wifi.

Business in Istanbul
Pros:

The hotel is luxurious and better than it was expected. The rooms are spacious, clean, warm, quiet and the room service perfect. The breakfast is very decent and in general is a very good hotel.

Cons:

It is not near the city center and if you want to move around you will definitely need a car. But for relax after a days work is perfect!
