It's just fair enough according to the hotel rate

the room need to upgrade, need to change due to old furniture and smelly...overall not really recommended...

Friendly staff , cozy room and good breakfast! Perfect for a 2 night stay! Good location!

Just normal stay at the hotel. We where on our to a function. We only slept a nght. Breakfast worth it.

Clean and spacious room, however toilet is leaking . Breakfast menu was good too.

The room air condition so noisy until had to sleep without air cond. SO UNCOMFORTABLE.
The room fixture was so run down and some it going to falling apart. This Hotel dont deserve a 3 star hotel status. I think is only 1 star hotel, and the rate i would get a better one from those small hotel.

Rooms dirty, bathrooms leaking water from bath, basin. Carpets filthy. No internet connection unless I sit in dirty hallway. My friend could not even get connection anywhere. I had to ask for towels, toilet tissue, bins not emptied!!!
Never again will I go to this hotel, it has deteriorated so much since my last visit

The Good: Excellent location. Jonker street and many local attractions are accessible by walking. No problem in getting grubs no matter the time of day as there are plenty of mamak and hawkers stalls which are open throughout the night.

The Bad: Room and facilities are in dire need of refurbishment. No toothbrush nor toothpaste. Airconditioning is through a centralized unit and is quite noisy. Bathroom is extremely small and cramped. Room had a weird musty smell.

The Ugly: THE BATHROOM DOOR COULD NOT BE CLOSED ! The door was bigger than the door opening! THE BATH TUB STOPPER WAS BROKEN AND THERE WAS NO WAY TO SEAL THE BATH TUB.

It was a business trip and with the price that I paid for, Hotel Orkid got the job done.

Sure, the condition of the hotel was not the greatest and the cleanliness could be greatly improved (carpet was dirty, coffee cups and towels had stains) but the front desk was helpful, the air-conditioning was super and the wifi was stable.

The hotel is 10 mins walk from Jonker street and 5 to 10 mins taxi ride from Meleka Sentral (bus station). There are various food options around the neighborhood. Various convenient stores are also nearby. Breakfast is okay as well.

All in all, it depends on what you are paying for. Sure, there are better options out there but if you are on a budget, this might be an option worth considering.

For a basic hotel it was good but that is it. it's in serious need of refurbishment, not that it's not safe but to keep up with the times.

Everything ok except facilities old need upgrade. Did not try the breakfast so no comment

Room is excellent good for my whole family very comfortable but only the parking is a bit crowded

theres a stranger knock and ask me to open my door many times..which is creepy..make me think that this hotel has a very terrible security and didnt take the security matter seriously..should have book other hotel than this..

No gd. Will not come again. After staff make up the room, didn't provide toilet papers. Ask for mineral water also difficult. Hot water flask is very dirty.

Overall is good but a little bit disappointing about wifi...too slow...the food taste so good...I love chicken rendang!!!very delicious...good job!

Well...the room was ok...but the toilet is kind a bit problem to me. Shower is too small for my big figure. Then the sink actually have blockage. Otherwise, still OK to me.

This hotel have very bad toilet condition. Room and location ok. Car park limited. Staff look past time hardly smile.
