Quiet and restful. Good sized room and beds
Pros:

The retro ambience was lovely, built in 1976. Furniture is original. Water view was soothing. Staff were fluent English speakers.

Cons:

We ate out as the hotel meal prices were expensive.

素晴らしいホテルです。
Pros:

スタッフには外国人もいるが、皆キチンと訓練されていて、いかにもニューオータニの接客だというものを身につけていて好感が持てます。朝食のブッフェも大変美味しく、宿泊費を考えると大変コスパがよろしいです。周囲は住宅街で大変静かですが、逆に近くに飲食店やコンビニはあまりなく、近いところでも１０分少々歩かなくてはなりません。佐賀空港からもJR佐賀駅からも離れていて、バス停からも離れているので、自家用車やタクシーを使うつもりでなければ不便です。しかし、それを補って余りある接客、おもてなしがあるホテルです。

公共交通機関を使いにくい。周囲に手頃な飲食店がない。

Pros:

サービスがよく、受付の対応は完璧です。お部屋を変えて連泊したのですがきちんと対応してくださり、荷物を預けたら覚えておいてくださいました。4階でしたが、景色もよく、西向きのお部屋からは山に沈む綺麗な夕陽を堪能できました。

Cons:

少し老朽化が進んでおりましたが、少しずつ改築工事が入っているようでした。

良いお宿でした
Pros:

スタッフの人数が十分。朝食ブッフェが美味しかった。SDGS対応だった。窓からの景色。

Cons:

施設が古く浴室への同線に段差があった。タクシーを頼んだが対応者が途中でいなくなり、タクシーが来ていたにも関わらず20分以上待ち、再度こちらから催促した。

美術館での行事参加の為に前泊しました　夕食提供のホテルが近年少ないなかレストランが併設されているのは本当にありがたいです　また泊まりに行きます
