Gerne wieder
Pros:

Personal war sehr freundlich und der Ausblick vom Balkon super. Einzig die fehlende Klimatisierung bei 38 Grad Außentemperatur war etwas suboptimal. Es war aber zumindest ein Ventilator auf dem Zimmer.

Fantastic location great place to stay
Pros:

Fantastic location, quiet and safe parking for the bikes, staff were very helpful and freindly, evening meal was excellent and a great breakfast, the rooms were so spacious with a lovely shower room very clean and tidy, was our first time staying here but will definitely go back on another trip.

Cons:

Could not fault the hotel, was excellent

Das geht definitiv sehr viel besser!! Sehr schade!!

Ein auf den 1.Blick ein sehr ansprechendes Hotel und die freundliche Kommunikation im Vorfeld.
Mitarbeiter vor Ort waren auch sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Leider sind einige Schwächen vorhanden!
Die deutschen Sommer werden seit Jahren wärmer- Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage auf den Zimmern. Auch stehen keine portablen Klimasäulen zur Verfügung. Und die portable Minibar wird mit 11 !!! EUR pro Tag berechnet. Ein absolutes nogo - vorallem bei Zimmern/Suiten, die direkt unter dem Dach sind!!! Die beiden Ventilatoren wirbeln leider nur die warme, stickige Luft herum. 😟
Bei über 30° Grad im Zimmer nachts ist weder an Relaxen geschweige denn Schlafen zu denken!
Leider haben auch die Mitarbeiter im Reinigungsteam nirgendwo gelüftet...und der hohe Teppichboden überall hat den Eindruck von Hitze noch verstärkt.
Auch ein absolutes NOGO für mich ist, daß bereits am Samstag beim Frühstück (20 EUR!) kein Wasser ohne Kohlensäure mehr vorhanden war. Und für Sonntag wurde nichts nachgekauft!!!
Kaum verwunderlich war für mich - jedoch ebenso ärgerlich, daß am Samstagabend sowohl Aperol wie auch Vanilleeis ausgegangen sind.
Die Motivation des ServiceMitarbeiters am Sonntag Früh war leider ziemlich wenig bis gar nicht vorhanden👎🏻👎🏻 - die Bircher Müsli, die um 7.30 Uhr angeboten wurden waren definitiv vom Tag vorher - Wasser auf den Müsli, braune Farbe, komplett matschig. Fruchtsalat war ebenfalls eingetrocknet, definitiv nicht frisch zubereitet.
Es waren lediglich 2 Croissants vorhanden, das aufgeschnittene Brot war ausgetrocknet. Kein Besteck auf den Tischen, im Wassernapf für die Hunde schwamm ein sehr großes, totes Insekt, das mir ebenfalls schon am Abend vorher aufgefallen ist.
Also - insgesamt hätten wir uns 40 Euro für das Frühstück am Sonntag besser gespart!! Sowas ärgert mich maßlos, vorallem weil es ganz anders geht - was die Mitarbeiterin die am Samstag fürs Frühstück verantwortlich war, eindeutig bewiesen hat!
Und der "krönende" unverschämte Abschluß war, daß mein Mann gefragt wurde, ob alles in Ordnung war und dann lediglich eine schnippische Antwort auf seine freundliche Kritik erhalten hat.

Waren aber sehr zu frieden allgemein durch Lage des Hotel. PARKPLÄTZE auch für Bikes.?
Pros:

Frühstück war ok vielleicht noch zur Jahreszeit eine Frucht dazu.

Cons:

Aufstellung und Verteilung sollte im Mittelteil ( hoher Tisch )besser zugänglich sein.

Inkompetenz. Unfreundlich. Preis. Besonders der Zusatz Zahlung was nicht auf den booking erwähnt ist. Laut Aussage der Personal sollte ich zusätzlich noch fünf Euro zahlen wie es mir gesagt wurde, so ist das Regel des Hauses im Hotel, bei denen. Natürlich war ich damit nicht einverstanden. Aber sie lassen es nicht los, bis ich das bezahlt habe. Und das finde ich sehr unverschämt, dass man über Booking bucht, bezahlt übernachtet und kurz bevor man rausgeht und die Simkarte abgibt. Man verlangt zusätzlich Geld. Das hab ich nirgends erlebt.
