金沢らしさを満喫できました。
Pros:

朝食の種類が多くまたおいしくいただけました。
金沢らしい器に盛られた朝食は味とともに楽しませていただきました。
フロントの方はじめとても親切、丁寧な対応をしてくださました。

Cons:

ただ一つ、パンの種類はもう少し欲しかったです。

ホテルスタッフの対応がとてもよかったです。ホテルも部屋も高級感があり、清潔でよかった。朝食も美味しかったです。

Pros:

朝食バイキングが豪華。
子供のソファベッドもきれいに設置してあり子供大喜び。
基本的に清潔感抜群。
コインランドリーは最新型で安心。

Cons:

コインランドリーが100円玉しか投入できないが、朝5時にはフロントに人が不在で両替出来ず、1階の自販機まで行ってお茶買って100円を生み出したこと。

Pros:

お部屋もバスタブも広くて使いやすかったです。
お部屋に忘れ物をしてしまったのですが、フロントの方がすぐ対応して送ってくださいました。ありがとうございました。
朝食は、小鉢に用意されてあり、取り分ける必要がなく、楽でした。品数もデザートも種類も豊富で、郷土料理もあり、良かったです。

Pros:

Super location! We stayed there during a major snow storm and still could walk to all the major attractions in Kanazawa - the castle plus garden, the Samurai district, the Omico Market etc. Great value!

大雪ひとり旅
Pros:

夕方、ロビーで待ち合わせた人達が揃うまで、コーヒーを飲みながら過ごすことができました。無料で親切。大雪で寒かった為、温まりました。
部屋ではWi-Fiがパスワードがなく、繋ぎやすくとても楽でした。
チェックアウト時、来てくれるタクシーを何件か探していただきました。大雪の、厳しい寒さの中、タクシー出発まで深々とお辞儀されていました。本当にありがとうございました。

館内の飲料水自動販売機がわかりやすければ良かったと思います。大雪で外出する元気がなく、買い忘れたまま、備え付けミネラルウォーターでしのぎました。
