何度も出入りしたが、毎度スタッフさんのご挨拶が丁寧で心地よかった。ロケーションも良く近江町市場や香林坊のどちらにも行きやすく、メイン通りの一本内側で落ち着きもあった。

おいしいコーヒーのサービスはすごくありがたいが、作り方が難しかった。

Is more of a business hotel then a tourist hotel but still worth the stay. Good location to be in for genrokuen gardens
Pros:

Great value for money, staff hospitality was fantastic. Room was a great size as well.

Cons:

Slight smell of cigarettes in the room, bed was a bit hard.

Amazing location and experience in Kanazawa
Pros:

The location was incredible, only a two minute walk to a nearby shrine and the path to the castle. There was a lot of shopping nearby, as well as convenience stores and restaurants.

The hotel itself was beautiful and very comfortable, and the value was unbeatable. The room was very spacious and had everything you could need. The amenities provided were much appreciated.

The staff were a highlight as well. They were incredibly kind and went out of their way to help us. I was always greeted with a smile walking through the front doors. We absolutely loved our stay here and as soon as we left, we talked about how we wished we booked more time there. We will definitely stay again whenever we return to Kanazawa!
