全体的には良かった。
Pros:

受け付け担当のスタッフさんはチェックインの時もチェックアウトの時も接客が丁寧で良かった。

Cons:

・ホテルの浴槽に長い髪の毛が落ちていた。
・朝食会場の女性のスタッフさんが疲れているのか不機嫌そうに見えた。

立地がよい！お部屋が広め！お部屋にお水2本付き！
Pros:

立地がよい。お買い物の大和にも夕食の片町にも便利。
猛暑だったのでチェックイン時、お部屋の冷房効いていて最高でした！
朝食のお味もレストラン接客も丁寧で良かったです！

Cons:

ドリンクサービスあるのは嬉しいのですが、17時からとは、、、
せめて15時からでお願いしたいです！

リニューアルされて、室内も廊下もシックになった。
夕方に2階ラウンジでフリードリンクが提供される。
ホテルの向いに尾山神社、その奥に金沢城の庭園があり、朝の散歩が楽しめる。

Comfortable, well.located hotel.
Pros:

We were upgraded and the room was enormous. It was very comfortable.
The central location was very convenient. We could walk to the gardens, the castle, samurai street, markets and geisha area. It was 1.5km from the train station and close to taxi with bags costing 1200 yen.
Friendly, clean, quiet.
It has great views over the castle and temple from the 12th floor nreakfast buffet. Buffet was good.
The bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

It was a ritzy style with glitter in the carpet. My partner liked that..

安い高級ホテル。
Pros:

オフシーズンだった為比較的安く泊まれたが、価格の数倍良いホテルでした。エントランスの雰囲気に高級感、金沢っぽい雰囲気があり素敵な印象。スタッフの対応や身だしなみは高級ホテル以上でした。エレベーターの動きもストレスを全く感じさせないものだった。部屋も綺麗で湯船も大きい。タオル類も良いものを使っていた。朝食のバイキングは今まで色々なホテルを利用してきたが、一番美味しかったと思う。

Cons:

ベッドサイドにコンセントがない事。
