Excellent rapport qualite prix, personnel charmant professionnel et reactif. Emplacement ideal par rapport a mes activites. Je n'ai pas encore teste les services additionnels piscine rétaurant et autres qui ont l'ải tres bien. Je recommande vivement cet hotel je viens de prolonger avec grand plaisir

Location was excellent, and even after being bang on the busy street, it was so green and quiet inside. We had assumed that we would get ground floor rooms after having seen pictures of the mentioned room types but on reaching we got rooms on the first floor and that too away from each other as otherwise requested beforehand 2 months back, however they were kind to upgrade us to a beautiful family suite when we expressed our disappointment.
There were huge cracks running all over the bathroom, water outlets in shower took so much time for the water to drain that it overflowed the bathroom, towels looked a bit overused and next door construction made it a bit difficult to sleep on the days we wanted to sleep in a little bit.

Room door not to sturdy. The lock only depends on 1 key lock. At morning, the AC dripping without causing.

The staff were very accommodating and friendly and the pool was very nice. The second room we got after complaining about our first room was very lovely, the room got cleaned every day and we got complimentary bottles of water every morning.
The first room we got was nothing like the photos illustrated at booking.com (superior room) the bathroom was very small, dirty, no separation between the toilet, sink or shower and it was very old, outdated and weathered so we were very disappointed. But after putting a complaint in they upgraded us to a better room. The resort is in a very busy street with a lot of traffic it is also right next to a night club which has music going till 4am in the morning. Behind the resort there is also a lot of noise going on from a building site

My Bathroom was dirty very very old, it had a fly tile that you stubbed your toe on as it wasn’t even floor tile. Furniture ready for Salvation Army Store. No Maintenance. Hand marks on white bathroom door like someone had makeup on & touched the door. So it was noticed by the cleaners. Noisy loud people next door had to go down & ask for Security to shut the noise down at 1 am in the morning 😱😱😱Good AC that was about it !! Convenient location . Would do well if the premises had a complete overhaul!! But that never happens in Bali!! I only had one quick shower because the shower was so disgusting 🤮!!
