Sehr schöne Lage. Geräumiges Zimmer, gut ausgestattet. Sehr nettes und kompetentes Personal an der Rezeption und im Zimmerservice-Bereich / Reinigung.
Sehr hellhörige Zimmer (wir hatten Erfahrung mit der 500er Reihe).
Man bekommt alles mit, wenn z.B. im Nachbarzimmer das Wasser im Waschbecken läuft oder die Toilette gespült wird. Ein 500er Zimmer grenzt mit 4 anderen Zimmern.. (oben, unten, links, rechts) - hier kann man sich dann die Intensität der Geräusche ungefähr vorstellen..
An einem Morgen (ab ca. 7:00) wurde ein Zimmer über uns gereinigt (Staubsauger, Wischmopp etc.). Man bekommt jede Bewegung des Staubsaugers / Mops mit. Jede Verschiebung der Möbel etc. ebenfalls.. Schlafen ist da leider nicht mehr möglich..
Frühstück: Wenn man keine Halbpension gebucht hat, wird man gefühlt als Gast 2. Klasse behandelt.
Ein Tisch am Fenster steht den "nur Frühstücksgästen" nicht zur Verfügung. Auch nicht, wenn die Frühstückszeit in 15 Min zu ende geht und das Restaurant fast leer ist.
Tipp: Im Außenbereich gibt es kleine runde Tische. Hier konnten wir unseren Frühstück mit einem wunderbaren Blick geniessen.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Le Balze. Very friendly staff, delicious food, and a spectacular location, we had a really large room with our own private terasse with deck chairs with an incredible view on the whole landscape. We had full moon over the Monte Baldo mountains. Unforgettable impressions!

Excellent location!! Beautiful views from the rooms, restaurant, patios!! Terrific staff at the reception desk.
Not a big problem, however, having to reserve table for dinner a day in advance is not convenient, especially when one arrives around dinner time / in the evening.
Bedroom was bigger than expected, views from bedroom and dining area were fabulous. Good breakfast, with plenty of choice. We were so busy touring that we did not have time to visit the wellness facilities

- The location was amazing. The views from the balcony are second to none. We even woke up early to watch the sunrise!
- The staff was excellent (reception, bar and restaurant), always were able to help and were very informative.
- The hotel had two parking lots with many spaces so there was no problem finding a place to park both day and night.
- We had a bit of a bad interaction with the house keeping staff.
One day we wanted to stay late at the room and turned on the "Do not disturb" sign. After a while the house keeper came knocking and said she needed to clean the room. We told here we are not ready yet to leave the room for her to come in and asked her to come back later. Her response was that she need to clean the room now because she has to finish her shift or go somewhere... After talking with her a bit she gave us 10 minutes so we could put our clothes on and be able to let her in to do her stuff.
- Wifi was a bit weak, both in the room and the lobby. At the balcony it was poor.
- Shower was a bit small and the internal design had me bumping into the water regulator, larger person will definitely have a bad time. (The solution was to take a step forward and face the glass door very closely).
