Necesita una renovación
Pros:

Las vistas, la cama era relativamente cómoda. Personal de recepción atento y amable

Cons:

Espacios liminales, vacíos, mal aprovechados y poco fáciles de usar. Desayuno de bastante baja calidad teniendo en cuenta lo bien que se come en Italia; personal de cafetería dejó bastante que desear, nos intentaron colar un café extra en la cuenta. Ubicación poco cómoda si tu objetivo es explorar y recorrer lago y alrededores, mejor quedarse en algún sitio bien conectado por carretera; la subida en coche al hotel es una tortura.

Bon séjour mais début difficile et stressant en raison de la montée.
Pros:

La vue est exceptionnelle. Équipement très moderne.
Cet hôtel es idéal pour les gens qui veulent rester en haut plusieurs jours et jouer au tennis ou aller dans un bain turc. Les balcons sont super en été.

Cons:

Booking n’a pas dit que c’était à 680 mètres de hauteur. Monter pour la première fois fait presque des crises cardiaques avec les serpentines.
Il faut mieux préparer les clients à cela et indiquer comment monter la montagne, exemple en vitesse 1-2. J’ai dû apprendre monter car je ne viens pas des Alpes. Monter la montagne en voiture coûte extrêmement cher. Il faut énormément d’essence pour monter.
Les massages n’étaient pas à disposition. On me disait qu’on pouvait en avoir à une heure de distance dans un hôtel voisin mais pas dans l’hôtel La
Balze. Vu les maux de dos j’étais donc déçue que les massages n’existaient pas comme indiqué pour la site le Balze. Lors du dîner je n’avais pas le droit de m’assoir aux bords de la fenêtre pour voir le lac. Je n’ai pas apprécié cela.

Pros:

Die Lage ist sehr gut eigentlich top. Man kann über den halben Gardasee schauen. Zimmer waren sehr sauber und gemütlich. Klimaanlage funktionierte auch einwandfrei. Immer wenn wir von einem Ausflug zurück kamen war es immer angenehme 20 Grad. Was man aber selbst einstellen bzw. auch ganz abschalten konnte wenn es nachts stört.

Cons:

Beim Frühstück hätte ich mir etwas mehr Abwechslung gewünscht. Das ist jetzt meckern auf hohem Niveau. Es gab reichlich Obst und Gemüse. Kuchen gab es auch reichlich und in allen Varianten. Aber der Aufschnitt war leider immer das selbe. Immer der selbe Käse und Wurst Scheiben. Ich hätte mir auch mal Leberwurst, Fisch oder Fleichsalat bzw Eiersalat oder ähnliches gewünscht. Aber vielleicht ist man da schon zu verwöhnt. Abendbrot war auch sehr gut und lecker. Also 9+ von 10 Punkten. Wir würden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Ach hätte ich fast vergessen. Wir fanden auch den Shatel Service sehr praktisch und Preiswert. Da das Hotel ziemlich hoch gelegen ist und zu Fuß in den Ort wäre zu anstrengend gewesen und mit Auto wollten wir auch nicht immer fahren.

Kein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, Frühstück war ok, das war’s aber auch schon.

Es war sehr sauber, toller Ausblick

Cons:

Ausstattung u.a. wird auf den Fotos ein toller Balkon vermittelt, letztlich bekommen ungepflegter mini Aussenbereich mit 2 alten Liegen ohne Auflagen.

La strada per raggiungerlo è difficoltosa

La colazione.

Cons:

Che per arrivarci la strada e riipidissima e piuttosto tortuosa un vero problema.Da Limone sali su per un po di km di strada molto ripida e piena di curve inoltre più salivi più si faceva stretta. Per scendere l'impianto frenate era molto sollecitato. La vista non ripagata abbastanza lo sforzo fatto.. tra l altro dalla camera un albero mi impallava la vista del lago.

Udsigten fra værelset

Cons:

Der er tale om et lidt nedslidt hotel. Man bor tæt sammen ved siden af naboerne på de andre værelser. Røg fra rygning kom ind på værelset. Gulvet var vandskadet
