Schöner Blick auf den Gardasee, schönes Hotel, gute Tennisplätze

Cons:

Service im Restaurant war ein reines Chaos, das Essen hat teilweise 3 1/2 Stunden gedauert, Kinder wurden nicht zuerst bedient. Pizza vom anderen Hotel bestellt und geholt. Getränke haben wir uns selbst an der Bar bestellt, ging schneller. Aber auch an der Bar nur eine Dame. Zimmerservice kam die ersten 4 Tage nicht, an der Rezeption habe ich mich anblaffen müssen das könne nicht sein sagte die Dame.

Vista lago top, camera così così.
Pros:

Bellissima vista, dalla camera con balcone vista Lago si ha un panorama veramente suggestivo. Colazione molto buona e abbondante.

Cons:

La camera non era molto spaziosa, il letto matrimoniale aveva 2 coperte singole, in bagno non c'era un kit di cortesia e era presente 1 unico sapone (per mani e viso) anche nella doccia, dove mi sarei aspettata bagnoschiuma e shampoo. Avrei gradito anche un bollitore,che solitamente trovo in hotel a 4 stelle e un po' meno plastica... Il prezzo pagato vale la vista lago, ma non la camera.
