Soggiorno piacevole
Pros:

Ho soggiornato in questo albergo per 9 giorni e mi sono trovata molto bene. Il personale è stato sempre gentile, disponibile e attento a ogni esigenza, contribuendo a rendere il soggiorno piacevole.
La posizione è ottima, in una zona ben servita dalla metropolitana, che permette di spostarsi comodamente.
Le camere erano pulite. Segnalerei soltanto qualche piccolo intervento di manutenzione che potrebbe rendere l'esperienza ancora migliore, ma si tratta di dettagli facilmente trascurabili che non hanno compromesso la qualità del soggiorno.
Nel complesso è stata un'esperienza positiva e lo consiglio a chi cerca una struttura accogliente, pulita e ben collegata.

Bene ma forse si dovrebbe fare un po’ di aggiornamento

Pulizia e parcheggio privato

Cons:

Camera non insonorizzata e per i miei gusti con un illuminazione errata. Bagno un po’ datato e con piccoli problemini come l’asciugacapelli che non funzionava (per fortuna avevo il mio).

ALL'ATTO DELLA PRENOTAZIONE SIA BOOKING CHE LA STRUTTURA NON HANNO COMUNICATO CHE LA CAMERA ERA SITUATA AL 5 PIANO CON IL DISSERVIZIO DEGLI ASCENSORI ROTTI. QUINDI VI LASCIO IMMAGINARE CHE OGNI VOLTA PER ENTRARE E USCIRE DALLA CAMERA ERA UNA MARATONA. SUCCESSIVAMENTE E STATA CONTATATA LA STRUTTURTA PER AVERE UN VAUCHER PER LA PROSSIMA PRENITAZIONE MA A TUTT OGGI HA FATTO ORECCHIE DA MERCANTE. VI CONSIGLIO PRIMA DI PRENOTARE DI VERIFICARE DOVE E SITUATA LA STANZA E SE CI SONO CRITICITA' ALTRIMENTI SARETE I PROSSIMI MALCAPITATI

pessima struttura priva di manutenzione
Cons:

rumore forte e continuo di 2 minuti dello sciacquone, fulminata lampadina sopra specchio del bagno ed una sopra il comodino lato dx del letto, frigo non funzionante, scrivania in legno con una gamba staccata e appoggiata, porta del bagno scrostata dietro e davanti.....mancanza totale di manutenzione.

Suite meravigliosa
Pros:

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite con vasca. Bellissima, enorme, con una doccia favolosa. C’erano gli accappatoi in dotazione, e un frigo bar abbastanza fornito. Aggiungerei solo anche le ciabattine mono uso. Per il resto, spettacolare.

Nulla in particolare, c’era la teiera con due tazze e lo zucchero ma mancava il the. Non so se era un caso. Ma
