Pros:

Het personeel was ontzettend aardig. Niets was ze teveel. Het hotel zit in een mooi, oud karakteristiek pand. Het zwembad wat op de foto's t zien is zit niet in het hotel zelf maar in een gebouw een straatje verderop waar ook een kleine binnentuin bij is. Heerlijke plek om even af te koelen en toen wij er waren hadden we het zwembad helemaal voor onszelf. Ruime kamers en lekker ontbijt wat vers voor je bereid wordt. Ligging t.o.v. het centrum is perfect.

Cons:

Het hotel ligt niet aan zee en heeft daarom niet het resortgevoel maar dat van een stadshotel. Dit weet je echter al bij boeken.

Check in was 2pm but room not ready till 4pm. No compensation offered
Wifi did not work in bedroom - had to stand outside of room or the landing area
Hot water didn’t work on first night. Worked the next morning

Pros:

Good Location.

Cons:

Disappointed with the housekeeping. The bathroom was dirty when I checked in. I requested a cleaning before leaving for lunch, but I returned to find hair still on the walls and floor. The attempt to clean fell way short.

Pros:

Персонал очень вежливый, все сбежались на помощь, когда заел замок в двери при выезде в аэропорт. Добежали кинули в окно такси забытую вещь, очень отзывчивые.
