Full Moon Garden Hotel

The property is well situated close to the airport. The pool is very clean and centrally situated. The restaurant caters for meals throughout the day. The rates are excellent.

It was a good stay but there was a smell in the bathroom from my room

Superb public spaces. Good restaurant menu. Attentive and helpful staff. Closer to airport than I thought. Bedroom decor a bit tired but good standard bed linen and tv services. Pool lovely.

The hotel itself seemed nice but our room was not great. It smelt bad and the covers had stains on them. It was surprising as the public areas were clean and newish but the room was a let down.

I only stayed one night after landing very late. Room was ok and breakfast was good but the main thing I have to say is that I emailed them twice and sent a message on their contact page to book an airport transfer but didn't get any response so had to find an independant one.

Our flight was delayed 8 hours.we needed something close to the airport and chose this. Horrible. Cold shower… no shampoo. Dirty and dark. Awful.

From start to finish our stay was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful. Enjoyed every minute.

I wasn't happy with mananger the way i was treated

Really good hotel, room was a bit older but nothing too bad. We enjoyed the place, really great food and nice pool and bar. Good location if you want to stay near the airport.

I liked it was close to the airport. The lunch was really good. The staff were very cool and helpful! The night time restaurant ambiance looks cool. Nice place to go for dinner. The pool was so nice. Thank you!

The hotel was not up to the star category standard. Facet in the Bathroom was broken and didn't fixed until we vacate the room. Also bad smell in both washrooms. Not properly maintained for cleanliness, found cockroach in wash rooms

Beware! Your confirmed booking means nothing for this hotel. They refused a room for a confirmed booking for two women who were traveling alone that too so late in the evening.and they did not even apologize. They then said they were doing the women a favor by assigning them to a sister hotel that was hidden off the road.

Excellent pool and restaurant. Service in restaurant exceptional.

The hotel room door would open on its own, even when locked.

전반적인 관리 소홀. 숙소의 곰팡이 냄새, 그리고 전반적인 실내의 어두운 조명, 시설의 노후가 공항근처의 좋은 입지를 가지고 있으면서도 좋은 호텔로 성장할 수 있는 호텔인데 조금은 아쉽다.

It is skyways good to book thru hotel.com. I was been upgrading again for this stay. Originally I was in a smaller room but the internet was an issue. After sending my concern and inform the front desk, they upgrade me to another bigger room and what important is the internet was working. Very happy with the corrective action taken.

It is good if only for one night. We were there for 2 weeks. The kitchen was bad. Breakfast was bad. Mosquitoes & flies are everywhere!! Never done any fogging! The swimming pool are always full of school children! Or some private swimming lessons.. it is a good stop over hotel.. that is all..
