Très bel hôtel calme et propre avec bon niveau de services
Pros:

Très bel hôtel!
Fidèle aux photos! Jolie piscine, terrasse ombragée et calme.
Les chambres sont grandes, propres et confortables!
Restaurant sur place, pratique pour dîner, comme le centre de Oaxaca est loin.
Parking sécurisé avec valet!
Terrasse sympa pr le petit dej!

Cons:

Le seul défaut de cet hôtel est qu il est à 50 minutes à pied du centre de Oaxaca.
Mais nous l avons fait à pied et c est facile et sans risques! Nous avons aussi pris le taxi pour rentrer à l hôtel pour environ 8€!

Le lieu est magnifique au niveau architecture et décoration. Le restaurant propose une cuisine mexicaine raffinée. Le personnel est accueillant.

A wonderful retreat in Oaxaca
Pros:

It was a relaxing quiet haven after a day exploring busy noisy Oaxaca. We spent the enjoying the pool and gardens and lovely restaurant. We enjoyed walks inthe neighborhood. Trees in bloom and interesting restaurants. Amazing!

Cons:

The hot tub could be a bit hotter.

Hôtel en dehors du centre ville
Pros:

Le personnel était charmant.
La piscine et le Jacuzzi ont été très appréciés, même si le personnel nous a indiqué qu'ils pouvaient chauffer plus le jacuzzi le dernier jour après qu'on soit sorti de l'eau!
L'hôtel était calme et la chambre spacieuse. Le lit était confortable

Cons:

Les draps de lit avec des cheveux le premier soir et bien qu'on ait demandé de nettoyer la chambre le jour suivant, le scénario s'est répété.
On a donné notre linge à laver et il est revenu avec un t-shirt et un pair de chaussettes qui ne nous appartenait pas et il manquait une de nos paires de chaussettes.

Wonderful, Must Stay at Hotel!
Pros:

I had a wonderful and magical stay! The hotel was beautiful, the facility was immaculately clean and decorated to perfection, the rooms were large, the staff was kind, the food was delicious. I could go on and on! I will be returning to this hotel for my next trip here.

Everything was perfect. I have no complaints!

Wir würden es nochmal buchen.. Tolle Anlage.

Es ist eine wirklich tolle Hotelanlage.. wir haben uns wirklich sehr wohl gefühlt .. alles sauber und ordentlich .
Das Frühstücksangebot war absolut ausreichend .. auch das Restaurant ist sehr zu empfehlen.. absolut nettes Personal.. wir hatten immer das Gefühl, es wird unterstützt und man kümmert sich. Absolute Empfehlung !!
