Gorgeous hotel, amazing staff.
Pros:

The staff couldn’t do more to help us - they were really kind and accommodating. The hotel was really beautiful and relaxing. The beds were comfy, the food was great and the pool was a lovely way to spend the afternoons. The hotel is a quick taxi to the centre and it was The highlight of our Mexico trip.

The staff made our stay
Pros:

The staff really made our stay. My partner experienced some health issues, and they arranged a doctor to come and see him on a Sunday morning.

Our room was spacious, clean and beautiful.

Cons:

Booking is advertising that an early check in is included in the price. As others noted, it is not. I’ve reached out to Booking, and they admitted they did not align this with the property, but one way or another they won’t change the advertisement.

The weekdays were idyllic
Pros:

Beautiful, well maintained pool area, convenient restaurant with wonderful breakfast, superb staff

Cons:

The weekend day pass people were not held to the rules of the pool area . It was not fully handicapped accessible

Overall, we enjoyed our stay and truly appreciated the property’s beauty and warm hospitality.
Pros:

The grounds, rooms, restaurant, and overall hospitality were excellent.

Cons:

While the property itself was beautiful, the surrounding location did not meet the same high standards. Additionally, the spa was not sufficiently heated.

A beautiful and peaceful Oaxaca retreat with a lovely pool, excellent bar, very good wine, fantastic food, and wonderful
Pros:

A beautiful, peaceful oasis in Oaxaca with fantastic food, a lovely pool, and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel is full of character and feels very special. The staff were exceptionally kind, accommodating, and welcoming, which made the stay even better.

Cons:

The only downside was the multi-level design with a number of unusual steps and level changes around the rooms and walkways. It looks stunning, but guests do need to be very careful as some of the steps can be easy to misjudge. I misjudged one of the steps during my stay, which made me realise that older guests or anyone with mobility issues would need to take particular care.

Perfect stay
Pros:

The place is stunning and staff is super nice (especially Alexis who took great care of me and my friend). Facilities were extra clean, amazing beds, really nice cocktails! Very quiet and relaxing swimming pool to escape from Oaxaca town heat. 100% would recommend

Beautiful without being pretentious, comfortable open air spaces. Will come back.
Pros:

First of all the rustic design, modern design, open air, close to the sidewalk, residential neighborhood vibe appealed to me instantaneously. The visual worked all day long and just when the sun set the diffused lighting kicked in. Beautiful to look at, be in, and share all day long. Every single meal at the Hook Blue restaurant was a hit. Delicious!

Cons:

Minor stuff, curtain puller in Room 109 disconnected, light bulb in the recessed wall light no workie. The shower door made an awful popping sound when you shut it like glass was going to shatter everywhere. In the grand scheme of things, those minor flaws were nothing. Spa was barely warm.

Très bel hôtel calme et propre avec bon niveau de services

Très bel hôtel!
Fidèle aux photos! Jolie piscine, terrasse ombragée et calme.
Les chambres sont grandes, propres et confortables!
Restaurant sur place, pratique pour dîner, comme le centre de Oaxaca est loin.
Parking sécurisé avec valet!
Terrasse sympa pr le petit dej!

Cons:

Le seul défaut de cet hôtel est qu il est à 50 minutes à pied du centre de Oaxaca.
Mais nous l avons fait à pied et c est facile et sans risques! Nous avons aussi pris le taxi pour rentrer à l hôtel pour environ 8€!
