El estado de las habtaciones y del hotel en general, nunca pude conectarme en mi computadora al WiFi y el servicio de TV de paga nunca funcionó

My room was very spacious and well decorated. The building is beautiful. The location was central. Some of the staff spoke English.
I couldn't figure out the remotes, but that's probably for the best.
El lugar es céntrico y bonito.
El baño no tenía jabón, ni shampoo. El escusado estaba lleno de tierra la taza y la regadera nunca saco agua caliente.
La televisión no funciono porque no tenía batería los controles.

The location was the only good thing. They advertise breakfast included, but there was no breakfast and no restaurant. When we arrived, the room was not done (no sheets, towels, or soap, shower smelled of urine, mattress was visibly stained yellow). The receptionist refused to clean, tried first to just give us sheets and then to give us a ground floor room with no exterior windows. After much effort we convinced her to give us a room with a window but the door was very insecure. You can tell the hotel once was amazing. But I can’t recommend it now. Also, the full ceiling of our shower was a mirror. The water was very hot and the mattress was soft. That’s the best I can say.

Que no hubo agua al siguiente día , que me dieron en un papel anotado la contraseña de la llave
Excelente ubicacion cerca de restaurantes y museos, la habitacion estaba muy amplia con un pequeño balcon y lo mejor es que cuenta con aire acondicionado en la habitacion, y por las mañanas te dan un pequeño servicio de cafe y pan dulce TOTALMENTE GRATIS!!!!!!

La limpieza de los baños fue regular, no mala pero si habia areas de oportunidad
Desde mi llegada, el servicio fue impecable: todo el personal fue sumamente amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudar.
Las instalaciones están hermosas, con un diseño elegante que combina perfectamente con el encanto del centro histórico. La habitación estaba impecable, muy cómoda, tranquila y con todos los detalles necesarios para disfrutar una estancia de primer nivel.
La ubicación es definitivamente uno de sus mayores atractivos, ya que te permite recorrer caminando muchos de los puntos más bonitos e importantes de la ciudad.
Se nota mucho el cuidado que ponen en cada detalle y el enfoque en brindar una experiencia personalizada a cada huésped.
Sin duda es un lugar al que regresaría y que recomendaría totalmente para quienes buscan comodidad, excelente atención y una experiencia diferente en Querétaro.

Agradezco el detalle que tuvieron con mi pareja y conmigo.
Las sábanas estaban sucias (incluso pedí que limpiaran mi habitación y me pusieron la misma sábana con manchas amarillas), que el agua de la regadera tardaba muuuucho para calentarse, que había agujeros en la pared donde antes había agarraderas.
Las toallas para bañarse estaban todas rotas, el area de la regadera estaba sucia (entre los azulejos), incluso encontré un objeto olvidado de un huésped anterior (eso me habla de que no limpiaron bien)
Faltaban focos de luz donde había lámparas.
La puerta interior de mi habitación no cerraba del todo.
Para terminar lo que me vendieron en la foto no se parece en nada a la realidad, parecía más cuarto de motel que de hotel.
