清掃が行き届いて快適に過ごせました。

ロビーに甘酒があり美味しいですよ！
施設は古いが、スタッフが物凄く頑張っていると感じた。
駅からは近くなく、交通は便利では無い。
パスの本数も少ないが、宿のマイクロバスで岩室駅まで送迎していただけた。
特に予約したわけでも無いのに、
「お迎えに上がります。」「お送りします。」と、言われて電車に合わせてバスを出していただけた。
従業員の方々の対応も親切・丁寧で気持ちよく利用できました。
老舗旅館の風格で温泉もオススメです‼
二色の異なる色の温泉を堪能でき、露天もあり、いづれも5階なので景色も良い。到着から出発まで5回入りました。泉質も付近には無い珍しいもののようです。シルバー製品をつけていると黒く変色するので、注意が必要。
料理は和食で大変美味しい。ご飯はおかわり自由。おかずが豊富なのでいっぱい食べられます。
サービスも丁寧。
お風呂もとても良かったですが、とにかく朝食が美味しかった。
バイキング形式でしたが、ひとつひとつのお料理がとても丁寧に作られている感じがしました。朝から色々な種類のお野菜が食べられて、大満足でした。
出迎えから案内、朝食、見送りまで全ての従業員が笑顔で接する事に気を付け対応しているのが好印象。「これ！」といった
メイン料理は？がつくが品数もそこそこ豊富で量的には充分。
静かで落ち着いて良い
夕食は味も美味しく、ボリュームもあり満足できた。朝食も色々な種類のバイキングがあり楽しめた。
また、泊まりたい。
ホテル近くの弥彦村の紅葉が綺麗だった。ホテルはご飯が美味しかった。

部屋のエアコンが効きすぎるので、そこの調節がより細かくできればいいかなと思いました。
