Hotel Ville des Roses

Hotel ancien qui demande a etre rénové.
Petit dejeuner tres sommaire !

The room was clean but the shower was hard to manage.Also, there is no water heater or cups for making coffee or tea . The only thing that i liked the most was the staff ,they were super nice .

it was a very bad experience during my two nights spend there two peoples with four baggage bags there is no one to help you have to handle everything by your self
room was having a very bad smell bathroom leaking water we call peoples to fix they come after three hours saying sir take the tool and fix it your self
not recommended its really a bad experience and never to try again,

The room is too small, it had a bad smell in it, the bathroom is just horrible, even the flush does not work. The restaurant is OK but too expensive, now the parking, I think that it had never been cleaned before and it's a real trap. The best part is that they're asking to rate the experience in this hotel so here you go.

The hotel is clean. The furniture is not of high quality and not very comfortable. The dining is extremely limited as hours are very limited and menu selections are very few. The parking is not clean and there is no elevator access to it. The staff are very friendly and helpful. If you have to stay in Blida, it is best to stay in this hotel.

The location of the hotel is central, thus easily accessible and with all amenities close by. However there was a lot of construction, dirt and noise going on. With regards to the rooms I would say that they were ok however the service can definitely be improved.

There to much noise outside to the cars horn
i was unable to extend the stay for one more day online
the customer service staff was rude to my wife after asking him if possible to change the room.
