According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years old cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.

All minors under 18 years old also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.

In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent´s ID.

Café da manhã bom. Torta de frango muito boa. Localização excelente em frente ao shopping estação, da pra ir a pé pra rua das flores.

O box do banheiro muito apertado e não tem onde colocar os produtos de higiene. Tv pequena.

A equipe, limpeza e a localização foram otimas

Banheiro box apertado demais, não dava para fechar a porta, estacionamento pago a parte, café da manhã com poucas opções, solicitei uma acomodação em um andar mais baixo, pois minha companheira tem caustrofobia, a resposta foi sem condiçoes, passou os 2 dias subindo e descendo ate o sexto andar.

Camas bem confortáveis, chuveiro muito bom, café da manhã variado e bem gostoso, ótima localização. Achei um bom custo benefício.

Cons:

Para o café da manhã havia mais pessoas do que mesas disponíveis, então foi preciso aguardar quase meia hora até liberar uma mesa, por isso sugiro que não desçam para o café muito tarde. Depois do serviço de quarto não repuseram papel higiênico nem sabonetes, foi necessário solicitar na recepção. O atendimento da recepção não foi dos melhores.
