Une bonne situation géographique et accueil sympathique
Pros:

La situation idéale de l'hôtel nous a permis de faire beaucoup de choses à pied. La chambre n'est pas immense mais assez grande pour 3. Le personnel à l'accueil était très sympathique avec toujours un petit mot agréable pour la journée. Nous pouvions apercevoir l'Empire State Building, situé seulement à deux blocs, de notre fenêtre.

Cons:

Le prix reste cher pour ce que c'est, mais nous sommes à New York et comparé aux autres hôtels, ils sont compétitifs.

Great location, poor quality
Pros:

Great location, spacious room, unlimited free water bottles, sometimes real friendly front desk personnel

Cons:

- We couldn’t fully close the curtains because several curtain hooks/gliders on the rail were broken, and the last press studs (snap fasteners) no longer fastened properly.
- The headboard suddenly fell over onto my sleeping wife and daughter. Fortunately, neither of them was seriously injured, but it was a very frightening and potentially dangerous incident.
- The drawer in which the safe was installed could only be opened halfway, making it impossible to access and use the safe.
- The air conditioning unit was extremely noisy, causing us to wake up repeatedly during the night. In addition, the casing was constantly wet with condensation.
- We specifically chose a hotel with a kitchen and stove so that we could prepare meals for our family of four. However, the kitchen was inadequately equipped. It contained only three spoons, two, forks, three knives, two glasses, three bowls to eat from, and two small saucepans. This was simply not sufficient to prepare and enjoy meals as a family of four.
- Our room was not cleaned on two out of the eight days of our stay, even though we were out of the room and housekeeping had full access.
- The front desk staff were, at times, unfriendly, indifferent, and unwilling to assist. We reported the issues described above on multiple occasions, but no meaningful action was taken to resolve them.

Sophie made it all worth while
Pros:

The staff were top top class particuarly a lady called Sophie - if all staff worked like her our whole travel experience would be a total joy. Great location and great set up with the two opposite each other

TERRIBLE STAFF AND EXPERIENCE !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Pros:

I usually dont like to put bad reviews but i couldnt believe how terrible staff was and when you message managers they never respond . Not only we had to wait forever to get my room when they knew reservation was there but something was wrong with their system, on the day of leaving at 10 am cleaning people literally threw away into grabage the FOOD the MY CLOTHING A LOT OF PERSONAL BELONGINGS !! HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE THAT AT THE END YOU DONT EVEN HAVE APPOLOGY > THIS IS HORRIFIC EXPERIENCE . MESSAGED TWICE TO MANAGER > ELEVATOR HIT ME SO THAT ARM WAS HURTING 2 WEEKS . And not once response from management , front desk acting a bit like a gangster , terrrible!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Top Lage, sehr zentral dafür trotzdem ruhig gelegen.
Zimmer war für NewYorker Verhältnisse echt groß und gut geschnitten.
Es gab trotz der Höhe Fenster zum öffnen, was immer super ist um mal frische Luft ins Zimmer zu bekommen :)
