LA ubicación es muy buena, habitación muy amplia, dos cuartos de baño y nos guardaron las maletas el ultimo día hasta que nos fuimos al aeropuerto, con muy buen precio.

Cons:

El sofá cama horrible, colchón fino, viejo y los hierros del sofá se clavan todo el tiempo. Aunque cambian las toallas, no barren la habitación ni lavan las vajillas, ni hay con que lavarlo.
Te dan capsulas de cafe para 3 días (fuimos 7) y no hay recambios para esa cafetera.

Not nearly as nice as pics suggest

Good location, quiet room

Cons:

Our room was not nearly as nice as the pics show - we faced inward to other buildings and our view was exhaust ducts and pigeons - it was quiet though which was nice. no cocktail bar like is shown on the website (apparently been closed for a few years?) - staff in t-shirts, blaring tv shows in the lobby. We visit NYC often and won’t stay here again

Check before you book, Which Building Your Room Is In? - Big Difference in Experience
Pros:

We were initially assigned a room in the secondary building, facing what seemed to be the backside of the property. Unfortunately, the view and overall condition were extremely disappointing, there were visible bird droppings, and the room had a dark, almost dungeon-like atmosphere. The experience was further impacted by the reception staff member, who came across as quite rude and unhelpful.

Additionally, the corridor leading to the rooms was unusually narrow, creating a very claustrophobic feeling. It would likely be uncomfortable for anyone with a larger build to navigate through that space. The room itself was also not up to standard, with visible dirt and stains on the walls, making it feel quite unpleasant.

Thankfully, after raising our concerns, we were offered a different room in the main building. While it appeared to be a downgrade from what we had originally booked, it was significantly better in terms of cleanliness and overall comfort. The new room faced the street, had plenty of natural light, and felt much more serene and welcoming.

Cons:

The hotel should absolutely disclose which building the room is located in at the time of booking. We were not informed that there are two separate buildings across the street, and the difference between them is truly like day and night.

The building on the left side felt dark, poorly maintained, and quite unpleasant overall. As a solo female traveler, I did not feel safe or comfortable in that environment. In contrast, the main building on the right side was significantly better,bright, clean, and much more welcoming.

Additionally, the experience with staff differed noticeably between the two. The team at the main reception in the primary building was far more helpful, courteous, and professional, which made a meaningful difference in our stay.

Séjour très agréable dans un hôtel super bien situé
Pros:

La majorité des personnes à l'accueil étaient gentilles et à l'écoute. La situation géographique était parfait : à côté de quasiment la plupart des grandes lignes de métro, à 20 min de Times Square et même pas 5 minutes de l'Empire State. La chambre était grande et bien isolée (le soir on entendait rien pourtant on sait bien que New York ne dort jamais), le lit était confortable également.

Cons:

La personne qui s'occupait du ménage faisait le lit et la vaisselle seulement. Néanmoins, jamais le sol n'a été nettoyé en 10 jours. Faut savoir également que la cuisine comportait le minium de vaisselle (2 assiettes, 2 fourchettes, etc..). Le problème est qu'on n'avait ni éponge, ni liquide vaisselle à disposition pour effectuer nous même la vaisselle.

Location is the only good thing about this hotel.

Where do I begin?

The safe in the room didn't work, front desk sent maintenance, couldn't figure it out so they said they'll be back the morning after. The safe was never fixed.

I ran out of toiletries (body lotion, soap...) and house keeping did not refill for a couple days... but I got extra towels even though I was staying alone. Make it make sense.

Lastly, the AC did not work, only blew warm air. How did I find out? Good question. The room felt stuffy most of the time, so I'd open a window for most of the day. Last night of the stay, there was heavy machinery working outside the building, construction of some sorts...until 8am!!!! It made it impossible to sleep with the window open so I closed it, and boom, sauna inside the room... has to sleep with the window open, and I am being generous with using the word sleep since I barely slept anything on that last night.

Overall, good location, but that is it.

WARING. HAIR AND DIRT ON THE SHEETS
Pros:

This hotel is nasty of nasty, the king of nasty. We unfortunately booked four nights and every night we had filth on the floor that the maid didn’t even touch, hair on the sheets and pillows. We were on tours and we got back five 6 o’clock at night and they said it was too late to have anybody come and do anything about it. They also had an attitude at the front desk when we would call. We go on vacation they have a nice cleanly time, and this place gives me the creeps and I hope I don’t catch a disease here. They even sent new blankets one of the nights and those were full affair. Also, we asked for the manager to call us and they never called. DON’T STAY HERE. The manager’s name was Joanna and she refused to call us. The guy at the front desk says if you don’t like it, call the health department and we will. I advise everyone else to make that phone call too, so they’re forced to clean up their act here, the hygiene here really sucks
