From arrival to checkout, the experience felt smooth and well managed. The staff were friendly, and getting around Midtown was simple thanks to the central location. It made the whole stay feel effortless and enjoyable.

Cleanliness was the highlight of this stay. Everything felt carefully maintained, from the spotless room to the polished common areas. It created a calm and comfortable environment that made the visit very enjoyable. I would happily return.

The location was perfect for me close to NYU Hospital where I was working. Safe area. Good restaurants around and met a lot of locals at the restaurants. My room was clean and comfortable.

This stay stood out because of the amenities. The modern room design, and entertainment setup made the room feel comfortable and practical. The complimentary breakfast and fitness center were also nice additions that made the experience feel complete. Overall it was a very pleasant Midtown visit and a place I would happily recommend.

Perfectly situated for exploring New York City. Being so close to major landmarks made our stay incredibly convenient, and we were able to move around the city easily without long travel times. The location alone made the experience enjoyable, and it felt like the perfect base for a Midtown visit.

The room looked freshly prepared, the bathroom fixtures were shining, and even the hallways felt well maintained. That level of cleanliness made the whole stay feel relaxing and dependable. For a short New York stay, it was exactly what I hoped for.

The staff were friendly and knowledgeable, and they always seemed ready to help with a smile. The amenities such as the comfortable lounge area made the stay feel easy and well organized. With such a convenient location in Midtown, it made exploring New York simple and enjoyable.

I never write reviews, but this time I decided to do so because the service and my experience at Hotel 32 32 were terrible.
If you value sleep or basic safety, look elsewhere.
From midnight until 4:00 AM, my room was subjected to heavy, localized construction noise (drilling and dropping metals). When I went to the front desk at 3:00 AM because my room phone was not connecting me to the front desk (a major safety violation), the staff was incredibly dismissive. I was told, "This is NYC, you should understand," and was told to walk to a convenience store in the middle of the night to buy my own earplugs because the hotel doesn't provide them when I asked for them.
The staff admitted this construction has been going on for over a year, yet the hotel fails to:
- Notify guests before booking.
- Provide basic noise-canceling amenities.
- Ensure room phones (emergency lines) actually work.
I attempted to meet with the General Manager at 10:00 AM as the front desk person, that's the time she arrived, but she failed to show up. While they eventually moved me to their other building, they have yet to address a refund for the first night, which was completely uninhabitable.
This isn't "standard NYC noise"; this is a management team that knowingly sells rooms next to active overnight construction sites without a care for guest safety or rest. Save your money and stay somewhere that respects its guests.
Regarding the room condition and location, it was in a good location and condition, except the towels had some stains.
2/26/26 update with new room: I wonder they ever clean this room. Amount of dust on the remote is insane and the toilet has a mark.
