Eu havia solicita ( antecipadamente) autorização para o recebimento de um encomenda; eles concordaram. Porem, a entrega foi devolvida por falta de aceitação do pessoal da recepção. O que me causou um grande transtorno.

Excelente ubicación pero caro en relación al cuarto que ofrecen..,, y sin buen wifi

Pros:

Localização excelente deste hotel temático (arte/teatro), foi a nossa 3ªvez que optamos por este hotel de charme. Pequeno-almoço deixou de ser buffet, preço excessivo para o menu disponibilizado.

Cons:

entrada do hotel não é visivel dá receção, não existe qualquer controlo no acesso aos quartos/hotel.

No son las habitaciones que muestran las fotos ni el tamaño que indican. Habitaciones muy pequeñas.

La ubicación es buena.

Cons:

Cogiendo una habitación estándar por casi 300€/noche, te dan una habitación que no llega ni a la económica, ni un armario, nada para colgar un abrigo, baño en el pasillo las fotos no se corresponden ni tampoco los metros. En recepción te dicen que es lo que hay, que el hotel esta lleno, que lo comunicarán al encargado, pero nunca se tiene respuesta. Lamentablemente mal trato y nada recomendado.

Bom custo benefício em Madrid.
Pros:

Ótimo custo benefício. Localização excelente, fizemos Madrid toda a pé. Quarto muito confortável e café da manhã a La carte bem servido e farto.

No es un hotel para descansar, ni un espacio tan limpio
Pros:

Está bien ubicado.

Cons:

1. En las habitaciones se escucha todo lo del hall, el ascensor, los otros huéspedes, suena mucho el tablero eléctrico y el mini bar. Aunque pedí cambio de habitación, en la otra se escuchaba igual. Desesperante. Imposible descansar.

2. La limpieza es superficial. Se ve grasa de huellas en los muebles, las puertas de los baños sucias, no recogen la basura completa. Para el costo tan alto, muy mala limpieza.

3. Las niñas de la recepción, más allá de escucharte, no hacen mucho. Me cambiaron de habitación por el ruido, pero como comenté, todas son iguales.

4. Es caro para el mal servicio y el mal descanso que vas a tener.

Lástima, pues físicamente es un hotel bonito y muy bien ubicado.
