Excelente ubicación, comodidad y atención del personal
Pros:

El hotel está muy bien en general: es cómodo, la ubicación es excelente, y el desayuno está muy bien. Más allá de todo esto, lo mejor es el personal, que es extraordinariamente amable y muy profesional.

Cons:

No se me ocurre nada que no me gustase, no se le pueden poner pegas.

Ubicación privilegiada
Pros:

Almohadas y la ubicación impecable. Limpieza correcta.

Cons:

La habitación realmente muy pequeña, no había sitio donde colgar las toallas, el testigo de la luz de emergencia iluminaba la habitación y era dificil conciliar el sueño ,lo comentamos al retirarnos y han pasado de nosotros.
nos tocó reclamar el parking ya que no había casilla donde pagar y se desentendieron del tema ,parece que no escuchar a los pasajeros es un deporte en este establecimiento ,con disculparse entiendo que no alcanza.

Hotel tranquilo en pleno centro y como nuevo
Pros:

El hotel está como nuevo, lo elegí por la ubicación en una calle muy tranquila junto a Cibeles, ya que desde la estación de Atocha está a 5 minutos en taxi, tenía que ir por trabajo a la zona de Castellana con la que está muy bien comunicado. Tiene un pequeño gimnasio y el parque de el Retiro a menos de cinco minutos a pie. Muy recomendable.

Súper recomendable!
Pros:

El hotel está completamente remodelado y quedó espectacular! Los cuartos con estilo mid century, súper cómodo y personal muy amable. La ubicación es perfecta en el barrio de Salamanca. El desayuno súper completo y rico.

Cons:

La verdad todo impecable.

Very small room!

A un paso de Serrano, estancia tranquila con muy buena cama
Pros:

El hotel está a un paso de la calle Serrano y de Cibeles, en una calle muy tranquila. Lo mejor son las camas y todo parecía nuevo, nos comentaron que se ha renovado hace poco.

Disappointing
Pros:

Very central location.

Cons:

Not a 4 start hotel. No bar, no restaurant, no lounge, no parking (anounced but not true, it's a public parking 200mts away). 2-start breakfast (some trays with cheese and stuff, very poor).
