Lovely little place
Pros:

Clean, comfortable, nice little patio area and own parking.

Cons:

No issues. However just a note to say no street lighting so a torch is required.

Pros:

Clean, lovely view, spacious, milk and choc biscuits in fridge, very comfy beds and pillows, conveniently near ferry.

Cons:

Staff did not respond to messages so had to call them. Great place to stay so a small thing, but would be great to get easy response.

Was good for a few days
Pros:

Quite a nice large room with comfy bed at one end, grateful for the pool in the heat of summer.

Cons:

Sofa one end of room TV the other, impossible to watch unless sat on bed viewing at an angle.
This perhaps a NZ thing but a sink with toaster and microwave is not a kitchenette surely some cooking hob or mini-oven should be included? Little storage space in kitchenette area.
No drawer space for clothes. Only 2 coat hangers.
Only plastic glasses for pool area but none provided.

Enjoyable and convenient
Pros:

NIce location. Quiet and well presented studio. Typical Waiheke style within surbubia of the Island

Cons:

There was an unpleasant odour outside of our room for first 24 hours. Suspect it was rubbish due for collection.

Cons:

Directions to find it were ambiguous. There are 3 gates, it would be easier if they were numbered instead of the description. It was also not clear how to get to the pool.

Pros:

Comfortable stay, bed linen very good and studio unit exceptionally clean.

Cons:

Maybe a bit worn around the edges as compared to the pictures, but lovely for a 1-night stay.

Pros:

Nice and quiet location. Only stayed here to sleep before getting on the next ferry in the morning so can't comment too much further.

Cons:

Location is a little hard to find especially in the dark at 11pm but didn't take too long to work out where we were going.
