I complain about this dirty act of you
Pros:

It was fraud...i never found a reservation yet the hotel acts extremely negative about it and never tried to give help or support.
Looks like no one from your side is reading this...as i claim my mone back...and no responses from your side

Average clean, room is big but only one socket is there which is used for the fridge!!

Bathroom is small and shower box is very small and very old. No maintenance was done for a long time.

This hotel is old and i think it was one of the best in Ajman earlier but now they don't even make maintenance, most of the facilities are there but not working (pool, spa, massage, restaurant, cafe shisha lounge).

Huge Lobby with limited furniture. They can't afford furnishing this huge area!

Breakfast is veryyyyy poor. You are really having the breakfast same as hostel or 1 star hotel.

Location is great, many restaurants, Cafe, ATM, Laundry are all around.

The Hotel was running a big scam on 21 February,
i stayed in the Lobby for 3 hours waiting for my booking they said did not receive it, and now they're refusing a refund

Pros:

Small room , no towels in the bathroom, ceiling is not painted, unclean room , the air conditioner is so noisy I couldn’t sleep and if i turn it off its soo hot , I recommend everyone to stay away from this hotel

I don’t think it’s a 4 star hotel. No cattle no water. Very slim shower ver difficult to use. Service was terrible request blanket for 5 days but didn’t get it. Towels were supplied after 2 days.

The worst service!!!!!
Pros:

I got the worst service in this hotel! I booked 6 nights and I only got 3 times housekeeping! And whenever I ask for slippers, towels, dental kits or whatever they never got me what I want!!! The corridors are always dirty
Today I spoke with the manager to make a complaint and ask why they are not cleaning my room and she told me because you’re drunk!!!! First am a muslim a don’t drink alcohol, second even if you have a drunk guest you don’t clean their room!!!!?????
I WANT A REFUND NOW!
