Unfortunately, my stay was very disappointing.
The room was extremely dark with very poor lighting, which is not acceptable at all. The bathroom lighting was also very poor — I could not even shave properly due to the lack of light.
There was no drinking water provided in the room, no coffee cup, and no small kettle to make hot water, which is basic for guest comfort.
The room had no carpet, and the floor was very cold. In the bathroom, the shampoo bottle appeared to be half-used, which raised concerns about hygiene. The towels and bed also had an unpleasant smell, as if they had been used and not properly cleaned.
Overall, this stay was very upsetting. Hotel management really needs to work a lot on cleanliness, room facilities, and basic guest comfort. With this level of service, I do not feel customers would want to return.
