Ubicación perfecta para caminar hacia avenida Juarez o Paseo Reforma

Cons:

El aire acondicionado hace un ruido fatal y no deja dormir tranquilo, lo reporté y me ofrecieron un ventilador de pie. Hacia mucho calor y no era suficiente. Es la segunda vez que oasa lo mismo, la vez anterior pensamos que era la habitación específica pero parecen ser todas.

It was clean

Cons:

The stay was disappointing overall. There was too much noise, and the walls were extremely thin, making it easy to hear everything from neighboring rooms. Basic amenities were lacking—for example, no toilet paper was provided until we tipped the staff. Additionally, the toilet clogged multiple times during our stay.

At the restaurant, the so-called continental breakfast was very limited, and anything extra came with an additional charge. The food quality was poor, and some dishes appeared unclean. The staff mentioned that items such as lemons or extras were restricted, which felt unnecessarily limiting. Certain items, like madeleines, were also overpriced. Moreover, there was effectively no proper restaurant service.

The location is somewhat inconvenient, as it sits near Reforma, a major traffic area, and close to Revolución, where frequent events and demonstrations can block access to the street.

Estadía regular.
Pros:

La ubicación estaba excelente, conveniente para ir a los lugares turísticos.

Cons:

El personal de recepción muy indiferente y con un servicio al cliente básico.
Las camas muy incómodas y duras. La bulla se filtra muy fácil entre paredes/techo.
El restaurante a la hora del desayuno fué bastante lento.

Pros:

Bon emplacement, proche de toutes les commodités à pied. Le centre ancien est à une quinzaine de minutes. Les installations sont en bon état en général

Cons:

La climatisation était trop bruyante, et le petit déjeuner était tout simplement ridicule : un jus d’orange et deux toasts, juste de quoi vous pousser à payer un supplément pour avoir le vrai petit déjeuner.
Ce type de pratique est discutable et peu honnête.

Good location, clean and nice and comfortable rooms.

Cons:

We couldn't have breakfast, the hotel doesn't have enough staff. We waited for more than 45 minutes until we decided to leave without eating. The staff is not nice, they are a little rude.
