West Plaza Hotel by the Sea

設備などは新しいので問題なし。しかし、チェックインも遅くて、クレジットカード決済もミスするわ、カードキーも2枚中1枚は使えないし。アメニティも用意されておらず、電話しないと持って来ない。5日間中歯ブラシも交換ないので、連絡しようとしたが、受付と話しする事自体がストレスなので歯磨き粉は自前のものを使った。外出時の用意されるはずのタオルがなくて、用意するのに時間がかかる。毎日何かしらの待ちや二度手間ばかり。日本人からしたらストレスだらけのサービス内容。チェックインの時に遅いと意見を書いたところ、間違いがあってはダメなので時間を頂いています、と返信が来たが、そちらが遅くて間違えてるからこちらが言ってるのだ、と言うことが理解出来ていないのだろうか？甚だ疑問のホテルであった。

by the seaが工事中か何かでat lebuu st.の方へ移動でした。おかげでメインストリートもすぐそばで何の不便さもありませんでした！Wi-Fiも部屋で使えます。スタッフの方も優しくて言うことなしです‼︎本来のこのホテルの値段は分かりませんが再度泊まりたいホテルでした。個人的には部屋にバルコニーも付いてたので景色は良くはないですがポイント高いです。あと特徴として、ホテルの小さなお店に日焼け止めが売られていました。持参した物がきれてしまい大変助かりました。他のお店をまわりましたが地元民は使わないからか日焼け止めはあってもSPF30程の弱いものしかありませんでしたがSPF50がありました。

シャワーのお湯が出ないことを除けば満足です。

The people at the front desk were very helpful. I rented a car from the rental agency located at the hotel, and I did not know what time I would be returning the vehicle. The hotel was willing to put the credit card charge on its final bill for me. The drivers who picked me up at and took me to the airport were on time. The Internet/wi-fi when I was there worked fine. The desk where one can do paperwork could use an electrical outlet. Hotel location is quiet. And there is an elevator that can be used to move your luggage to the upper floors.

少し古く、メインストリートから10分程度離れていますが、Red Ruster Cafeが併設されているので便利です。

West Plaza Hotel by the Sea is a beautiful hotel. It is clean, their services are great, the staff are amazing and the location is perfect.. A walking distance to everywhere, from restaurants to shopping centers. You wake up to the beautiful ocean view and you end your evening with a beautiful sunset!

メインストリートから北側に10分ほど歩くと到着します。カフェのテラスは海に面しています。WCTCには歩いて15分程で行けるので、便利です。無料WIFは有りません。朝食は10ドルで和食が有り、焼きシャケと目玉焼き、味噌汁が付きます。

部屋から見える風景が美しく、近くのガソリンスタンドには、ちょっとしたスーパーがあり、水やちょっとしたデリも売っていて便利でした。街までも歩いて10分ちょっとでした。キッチン付きの部屋だったので、好きな物を買ってきて部屋で食べ、お値打ちに滞在できました。ただゴキブリや小さなありがくるので、残飯はすぐにロビーのゴミ箱に持って行き、食品は全て冷蔵庫に入れました。

La relación calidad precio no es adecuada. Es caro para las condiciones que tiene. Eso si, el personal es muy amable y el restaurante tiene buena comida y buen servicio.

The view was nice and I got my exercise for sure. Be aware there is no elevator in this hotel. I was located on the 3rd floor. The air condition was working great which felt good because it is extremely humid in Palau. There is a restaurant on the second floor "Red Rooster". The food is good and prices are descent. Only things they run out of hash browns the second day. On my last day, the cleaning staff left the floor in the bathroom wet so I slipped on the floor and injured my knee so bad I had to use a wheelchair when I left Palau. Also I had to rent a cable box because there was only 1 channel on the TV I did not want to watch TV in the lobby because there was always a Palauan Man sleeping on the couch. When using the cablebox no access to ABC, CBS or NBC but the filipinio channels are there so be for the staff who is about 99% of who I saw. Never found out if the guy sleeping the couch was a staff member. Creepy
