Lovely staff, everything required for a peaceful night’s sleep.
Pros:

Arrived early, but staff still allowed us access to the drive to park the car while we explored Llandudno town. A few minutes walk to everything we needed. Lovely views over the bay.

Cons:

Nothing

Pros:

The location was great, although up hill walk from the town.
Easy access to the Orme.
Our room had an outside verandah which weather allowing is great.
It's a lovely old building with a grand staircase, and lovely views over Llandudno.
There is parking, but first come first served, so you have to be lucky.

Cons:

Not a problem for us, but no lift.

Not What I Expected
Pros:

The hotel is on top of the hill with a breathtaking view. Staff are friendly and nice. The cable car is just nearby the hotel

Cons:

The hotel itself is old-fashioned and not well maintained. It seems like carpets are not cleaned, and furniture needs refurbishment. Every step you make in the stairs will make noise. The room we got is also smaller than I expected. It looks big as advertised. Toilet/Loo is also small, unpleasant, and uncomfortable

The best position/views in Llandudno
Pros:

Fabulous position with amazing views. Lovely sun terrace. Great breakfast but you need a good appetite to do it justice 👍

Cons:

Shower room a little cramped but understandable as it is a beautiful Victorian building

Old fashioned charm
Pros:

Beautiful room, old fashioned charm. Great that there was a fan in the room as it was hot. Also great there was a shower cap! Loved the decor and the fact that the hotel has kept its character. The lady who served breakfast was very nice.

Cons:

There was no one on reception when I arrived and when the man eventually appeared he wasn't particularly friendly or welcoming. The breakfast wasn't great. Mushrooms were either tinned or microwaved.
