Fabulous location, for the town centre and the pier. The views over Llandudno and the Orme are incredible. The staff were friendly and helpful. This one is important for me, there were plenty of teabags and milk in the room
There is very limited parking
It was absolutely wonderful, full of character and in the most perfect location with beautiful views across the bay.
There wasn’t anything at all to dislike!

We hadn't been back for well over a year as we enjoy experiencing other places in Llandudno, so we had to have a stay as we enjoyed our last stay. The room was nice, all we needed. Very nice people with a superb breakfast.
Parking was difficult so we decided to park the car in Llewelyn Street and walk up. The entrance has a number of steps which need a hand-rail to give some extra safety.

The view
No elevator or lift. My colleague has disability and difficult to qalk to 4th floor. Staff syill couldn't change the room
Loved the decor, friendly staff, size of the room and excellent food

The room was clean
There was no 24/7 check in. There was no breakfast available before 8.30 and we left at 7.45. without any reduction in price. There was only parking for 4 cars and the hotel was at the top of a very steep hill. There was no lift to the bedroom and the window in the bedroom rattled due to the wind and the elevated position of the hotel
This hotel was in a fantastic location and had loads of character. The view was amazing you could see the entire bay and pier. The bed was very comfortable. The cooked breakfast was fantastic and there was loads of fruit and cereals so there was something for everyone.
The WiFi kept dropping and wasn’t reliable. Heating requires the boiler to run and therefore was not on demand we were warm enough but if we wanted more, we would have had a difficult time getting it.
The location and view from the windows at the front is stunning. The breakfast was quite good.
The rooms were very 70's in brown and beige. The carpet in our room looked like it had been there from 1970. I paid extra for a garden room view and ended up overlooking the rear car park and industrial waste bin! The communal parts were slightly better but needed a major upgrade. There was a smell of cooking oil and fried food in the communal parts.
Great with us having a dog , accommodated us at breakfast time.
I have stayed at the Headlands before, I like the old world charm, the view and the breakfast.
Nothing I didnt like but as a 83 year old who is fairly fit, I could imagine a few difficulties if I had any mobility problems.re location and stairs.
