Categories

Cleanliness
8.3
Generally described as very clean and well maintained in multiple reviews, though a few mentions of slight bathroom mold, clogged drains and one report of bathroom flooding reduce the score slightly.
Service
8
Mostly noted as friendly and helpful staff in many reviews, but several strong negatives about rude or indifferent reception staff lower this category.
Location
9.5
Consistently praised as central, ideal for sightseeing and close to restaurants/shops; many guests call the location perfect or very convenient.
Room Quality
8.5
Rooms described as comfortable, spacious and modern with very good beds; some issues reported such as narrow twin beds instead of a double, no fridge in some rooms and occasional maintenance problems (sink/shower).
Amenities
8
Good parking options nearby and basic in-room amenities (coffee/tea) praised, but guests noted the absence of a gym, no fridge in some rooms and minor missing extras (cosmetic tissues, bottled water).
Value for Money
8.6
Many guests felt the price/value was good (cheap parking, pleasant stay) though at least one review explicitly stated price/quality expectations were not met.
Food and Beverage
8.7
Breakfast is frequently described as excellent, varied and appealing; a few comments mention limited warm selection or poor scrambled eggs on one occasion and one wifi-related complaint unrelated to F&B.
Overall Experience
9.2
Majority of reviews describe a very pleasant, recommendable stay (comfortable beds, friendly staff, great location and good breakfast). Is weighed down by isolated negative incidents but overall impressions are highly positive.

Cons:

I have never encountered such rude receptionists before. They managed to ruin my impression of the hotel before I had even checked in. The sink drain was clogged.
