I wish I had the name of the gentleman at the front desk, but he was phenomenal. So genuine & helpful. He made our stay better!

Pros:

Staff were good. Room had to be changed due to running toilet and strong smell of cleaning solution. Breakfast was very good. Staff handled room change.

Pros:

Breakfast was minimal and no in room coffee was not okay.

Cons:

The shower curtain smelled sour and stunk up entire room. No food available even though there was barely & grill on site. Said no staff was available!? Receptionist sat at check in counter eating a plate of food while telling us no food available. It was disgusting…

Didn’t love that it was connected to the casino, but we aren’t gamblers so that’s just us.

Nice to have an option so close to the Redwood Forest. Nice staff, too.

The rooms are dated and not very clean (structurally — mold in shower caulking, etc).

Good place, recommended!
Pros:

Really well located for those visiting Redwood National park.
Room spacious and clean, staff very friendly.
Breakfast perfectly good given inclusive in the price.
Ate in the evening at the casino which is literally 10 yards away, food there decent and service good.
In an area with limited accommodation options, this is the obvious choice. Recommended.

Cons:

WiFi was down one of the two days we stayed there. These things happen but limited phone signal so you’ll need it to keep connected.
