Good stay.
Pros:

Hotel is clean with nice rooms, we got a very spacious room in the 16 floor with a nice view over Shinjuku. Complementary tea and bath salts were highly appreciated. Location is very central

Was great until the end.
Pros:

The staff exclusively the Japanese were amazing, never fault them.

Cons:

Had the worst day of my life internationally, lost my phone capabilities and had no help, got to granbell finally at 3am after a night and early morning of absolutely struggling to get back to claim my bag that sat in the corner all day at no cost to the hotel.. just to have a darker skin, indian looking gentleman give me no break or no help or any sympathy.. honestly, I won't come back and thats God damn disappointing because all it was is just a measly 10 AUD but it was the care factor and understanding after a god damn horrific day that has finally done me in.

Thank you to everyone else. You guys were amazing and I'm sure everyone else will have an amazing time. Just dont get into an emergency..🙄
