Excelent
Pros:

Very nice position for enjoing the nightlife in shinjuku, but still quiet and calm; free amenities buffet, vending machines, good wifi connection. Luggage shipping service efficient and simple.

Cons:

Too few coin laundry relating to the dimension of the hotel

Pros:

Our room was clean, the rooftop lounge was a nice place to wind down at the end of the evening, it was well-situated in terms of the train station and many popular spots to visit. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Lots of great choices of both western and asian foods.

Cons:

The check-in procedure was impersonal using a touchpad and the staff were ok, but not nearly as helpful or friendly as we had experienced everywhere else in Japan. The hotel is right on the edge of the red-light district and we were two women who had to walk through some sketchy streets to get back to our hotel each evening. We didn't exactly feel unsafe, it was just not the most pleasant area. I wouldn't stay there again primarily because of that.

Beautiful hotel within walking distance of popular attractions.

This hotel was a good home base at a good rate
Pros:

Easy check in & out. They held our bags for a few days while we were exploring other parts of Japan.

A great location to stay in Tokyo
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. It has an easy check in service, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable and spacious. I would stay here again.

Pros:

Can access to TV subscription on the TV, great location for exploring !

Cons:

I stayed at the same chain in Kyoto and the hotel there was far superior. The room was more comfortable and clean.
The room in Tokyo had a strange smell and the facilities felt a bit tired.
