Near the station, super convenient
We needed a mini fridge in room but its not a minus on their part
Good location and excellent rooftop bar for great city views
The area has many “short stay hotels” and lots of women/ pimps hanging around which can be a bit intimidating.

Loved the terrace bar
Think the rooms were small. Had a twin room that was really a double (just two beds together) as there was no room to have a divide between them.
It was a very great room with plenty of space for both relaxing, watching tv and having our luggage around without it feeling cramped. Very modern, comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Staff who were so kind with all our questions they really helped us having a great stay in Shinjuku. Can highly recommend.
Not much not to like, farily close to the center and overall just a good place. Can’t really think of anything that bothered me at all.
Good location, TV easy to cast. Felt like a safe area and easy to walk from Shinjuku train station.
Breakfast was included in my rate but I wouldn’t recommend - a pretty grim room and outside of the pastries, not really a selection most from the UK would opt for. They also cleared away much earlier than the finish time.
Lobby is chaos on check in with so much luggage everywhere.
Rooms are small but they all seem to be in Tokyo. Room felt a bit tired in places (like chipped wood etc) but very clean.
Easy and good location
Great rooftop bar
Very small and there was a light that was situated at our eye level
That we kept walking into. Not sure of its purpose
