הדבר היחידי שטוב היה המיקום של המלון

Cons:

הגענו למלון כחלק מחופשת ירח דבש ביפן, ולכן ציפינו לחוויה מיוחדת ונעימה יותר. נאמר לנו ששידרגו אותנו לחדר בקומה גבוהה יותר, אבל בפועל קיבלנו חדר קטן מאוד – עם מיטה שהיא לא מיטה זוגית אלא מיטה וחצי. החדר כל כך צפוף שאי אפשר אפילו לפתוח בו מזוודה בצורה נורמלית.
הצוות אמנם נראה אדיב על פניו, אבל בפועל לא היה מוכן לעזור כמעט בשום דבר. בנוסף, כשביקשנו המלצות על האזור, קיבלנו תשובות מאוד מוגבלות (בעיקר כמה מסעדות ראמן), מה שיצר תחושה שהצוות לא באמת מכיר את הסביבה.
בסך הכול, החוויה לא תואמת את הציפיות ממלון ברמת 4 כוכבים, ובמיוחד מאכזבת בהתחשב בכך שמדובר בירח דבש. לא הרגשנו שקיבלנו תמורה ראויה.

Overall, our room was good value for the money especially in Tokyo.
Pros:

Breakfast was excellent. Our room was very clean and quiet.

Cons:

We were surprised at how small the sleeping area was. However, it did not affect our stay to any great extent.

Cons:

État dégoûtant de la moquette de la salle de déjeuner, à vomir. Ajouter à cela une forte population agitée à se jetter sur les plats du petit déjeuner, un personnel qui se jette sur les tables à débarrasser des que l'on bouge. Autre point, j'avais une chanbre luxueuse avecc mezzanine et grande fenêtre, sauf que meme store baissé, la luminosité a commencé à 4h du matin et il faisait jour à 6h du matin, impossible de dormir !

Toller Blick aus dem 12. Stock.
(Evt. hatten wir ein besseres Zimmer als gebucht bekommen?? Ich hatte im Vorfeld nach schönem Ausblick gefragt....)
Super Frühstück: japanisch & amerikanisch.
Lage zwar im "Rotlichtviertel", aber wir (Familie mit 2 erw. Kindern) haben uns immer sicher gefühlt.
Es gab Wasserkocher und Instant-Kaffee.

Cons:

Keine Möglichkeit die Handtücher länger zu benutzen. Auch die (netterweise angebotenen) Nachthemden wurden täglich ausgetauscht.
