Das Hotel ist ruhig ca. 20Min vom Zentrum entfernt gelegen. Das Zimmer sowie das gesamte Hotel ist sehr schön eingerichtet, es ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Zudem ist das Personal immer sehr freundlich.
Das Frühstück ist wirklich extraklasse!
Das Bad riecht manchmal stark nach Kanalisation und einzelne Möbel sind zum Teil etwas in die Jahre gekommen.

Schön eingerichtetes Hotel im 4. Stock eines sehr schönen Hauses. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Es gibt einen Service, der das Auto in einer Garage unterbringt (Kosten 35,- €/Nacht). Sehr gute Lage am Arno, fußläufig zur historischen Innenstadt.
Das Zimmer war nicht sehr groß und dafür etwas dunkel gestrichen. Klimaanlage lief recht laut.

El hotel está ubicado en una zona muy tranquila pero a la vez cercana al centro de Florencia, unos 15min andando. El hotel esta muy cuidado, es muy limpio y confortable. Lo mejor fue la amabilidad del personal y el trato que recibimos. En particular, el señor de recepción que nos hizo el check-in y check-out, estuvo pendiente en todo momento, y la chica que organizaba y servía el desayuno, siempre muy atenta y amable. La estancia en el hotel nos ha encantado y sin duda volveremos.

Hotel was in great location, parking available. Staff was super nice and helpful. It was chique boutique hotel. And my friends plane got canceled so they extended the stay for another night.
