From Terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.

Continental Breakfast is complimentary, but this cannot be deducted from the room rate if breakfast is not taken.

Breakfast cannot be offered as a take-out service and can only be consumed within the dining facilities.

Pros:

Staff were helpful and cheerful. Room was as expected- small but for one night perfectly fine and, having no windows it was quite quiet.

Cons:

Just the odd small thing like the kettle was too big to be filled directly from the sink tap and the shower curtain was too long and bulky. But these are very minor points.

Location (for me, as my trip was to Hayes) and parking was easy at front.

Cons:

Well, I had to forego a prebooked and fully paid for second night at this hotel (if you could call it one) and had to book a room at the last minute for that second night, at a different hotel at higher and additional cost to me because this place was so awful. But I had to do it, I would not be able to stay and wouldn't have been able to get to sleep here. My partner left at 5.30 am on the first night and refused to stay any longer. This was due to ants crawling around in the room on bedside cabinet. In the bed next to me, my son had ants on his bed. I wasn't impressed with check-in. I had to pay for a deposit, okay with that. However towels were counted out and handed to me in reception (4), apparently because some guests take them...then why the deposit? Then the swipe card for the doorlock to the room didn't work. After trying for 5 mins had to ask for assistance. Same card worked for receptionist but only after several attempts...the lock was temperamental. There was no bin in the room, only in the the cloakroom. There was no soap in the cloakroo. The shower cubicle was tight and it very difficult to manage to shower properly. The floor of the shower had several broken tiles and there was no waste trap cover, just a dirty open drain hole.

Appallingly smelly, dirty, hot, and uncomfortable.

The smell from the drains in the whole room was unbearable - when I complained I was just given a can of air freshener. The response suggested this is a regular complaint! The shower was very dirty and broken; there were no hand towels or soap; there was not enough milk to make us both a cup of tea; the room was very hot but if you open the windows you couldn’t sleep for all the noise outside; the bed and pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable; the bedside drawer was wonky and broken; the safe was broken; there was not enough room to open the wardrobe door fully as the bed was in the way (the furniture was not arranged very well at all); the main light fitting was hanging off and full of dead moths; the extractor fan in the bathroom wasn’t working…really not much good about this stay at all. We only used it as a base for our visit but i couldn’t have stayed any longer as the smell was making me feel sick and giving me a headache.
