From terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.

Please note that the baby cot must be requested at the time of booking via the Special Request Box.

Breakfast is available for an extra charge as follows:

Uncomfortable stay because of poor hygiene and itchy bites
Pros:

We went in room was ok but couldn’t feel comfortable really

Cons:

Mattres weren’t cleaned proper we got very bag itching and round circle red sore immediately was feels like bed begs in wasnt duvet and bedding not cleaned and comfy

Cons:

Walls are VERY thin, can hear other people constantly.
No hand soap in the bathroom.
Bathroom door handle was broken.
Sockets placed in very weird positions in the room.

The price was low which was why all rooms were rented but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

The staff were very pleasant. The food was good.
The room was clean.

Cons:

The decor was dated, like a Las Vegas casino from 50s, the room tiny and depressing, mattress awful.

Could not stay - had to book elsewhere and reroute as was SO unsuitable and not as marketed
Pros:

The lady on the desk tried to be helpful…unfortunately this only extended to making excuses for the horrendous security of the hotel and the room not being as pictured and not being set up as agreed for our family. Disaster.

Cons:

The hotel rooms are over a shisha bar and in a not very nice area with some really odd people hanging around the car park. Not at all safe for visitors or suitable for families.

Fire exits were lodged open from right outside the ‘family bedroom’ down the back stairs allowing unsupervised access for any restaurant/shisha customers or anyone off the street to the bedrooms. The receptionist was not bothered by this and did not see it as an issue as she had security cameras although she happily left those cameras unsupervised to go up to the room with me. So any weirdo could be up there and she’d have no idea.

The room was not as pictured on booking.com - it was smaller, darker, in the eaves… the shower tiles were cracked and the shower tray had disconnected from the wall. When I queried this the receptionist said the wrong room photos had been used - the photos were of the triple room not the family room and she offered no concession or offer to cancel as a result even though it was clearly not what we had anticipated.

I had emailed the hotel in advance to request a cot for a 1yr old which the hotel had accepted/agreed. However no cot was set up in the room and there was not floor space to add a cot without having to then climb over it to access the bathroom beyond. The receptionist cheerfully suggested that she push a huge wardrobe across in front of the window so the cot could be squeezed in the corner. She could not see that blocking the only window was a fire risk and would also make our stay impossibly hot during a London heat wave with temps hitting 40degC!

It could be better

No available hooks to put towel or clothes on in bathroom.
The taps in the bathroom are loose.
Very limited parking so have to park on a side street.
