From terminals 1, 2 and 3 of Heathrow Airport, guests can take the 140 bus, which stops just outside the hotel on Avondale Drive.
Please note that the baby cot must be requested at the time of booking via the Special Request Box.
Breakfast is available for an extra charge as follows:

The place was simple clean and served its purpose as a layover well. The price was reasonable and the staff were very helpful and engaging. Anna at the reception was most helpful and accommodating. I would ery much recommend this place to others especially as a layover between flights from Heathrow Airport

Avoid this place like a plague. Shower leaking, mould on the walls. Even the bed lights were not working. Electrical sockets hanging out of wall. Avoid this place at any cost.

Very old and tired
We had an excellent stay over, Anna & Alina made us very welcome and were very helpful in answering our public transport questions. The hotel was not noisy, the beds were comfortable, great to have ensuit toilet & shower, great also to have a car parking space in the first-come, first-served car park. Thank you
Not knowing if there would be a car park space available before we arrived, however I was aware of this beforehand & understood it when completing the booking.
The room was clean and tidy with comfortable beds. The room was made up for us each day with clean towels provided. Reception ladies were both lovely and very friendly. Was well based for what we were needing.
Could have done with a bath mat for the shower as was a little slippy but everything else was perfect. Enjoyed our stay.
the staff were nice and attentive and i liked that the desk was staffed 24hours a day, there was a fan in the room
the room smelled awful like some sort of damp or mold, beds were rock hard like sleeping on the floor, pillows were flat, found a spider on one bed
I put the following information to the Manager but had no reply!
The television reception was poor at times with the picture 'pixelating' so not easy to watch.
There is no jurisdiction over noisy guests but early morning risers (& if that means staff as well) could be more considerate! Their voices carry with little soundproofing & can therefore be disturbing.
It was good to have a kettle with tea & coffee & cups but it would be helpful too to have a spoon.

The bed was hard with ridges in the mattress. Also the pillows were very firm/hard.
Although the bedding (sheets/duvet cover) had evidently been washed & smelt fresh I noticed some small black marks on the bottom sheet when I turned back the sheets. I did mention this to the staff who offered to change them.
There were only 2 coathangers in the wardrobe - more would be helpful.
In my note to the manager I said....
On rereading this I realise I have been ultra critical but as you charge similar prices to local Premier Inn style accommodation where the rooms are bigger & better equipped I thought I should give you a chance as a new manager to do ypur own checks of the real overall conditions of the accommodation.
I would like to re-iterate that the staff are exceptionally pleasant.
Great Hospitality. Very comfy bed had a great sleep. Anna was a great host and helped us throughout our stay.

I liked that they had 24h front desk, we could check in late. Ana, the lady at the front desk was friendly and really helpful.
The Inn is older and the age is noticeable.
